Oplichters, als je voor 15 minuten een gebitsreiniging doet rekenen ze 30 minuten. Vervolgens is er niemand die je te woord staat en proberen ze het op te lossen via een eenzijdige mail waar ze verder niet op reageren. Zet je stopwatch aan voordat je de stoel ingaat :)

Hi, I really do not recommend them at all. They are charging you a lot of money without your knowledge. They are only for profit, and you can notice that easily when you are there. You will not feel that they are going to take care of your teeth at all.

Op basis van deze ervaringen ben ik buitengewoon tevreden over deze kliniek. Mevrouw Nijsen is mijn vaste tandarts, en ze is bijzonder kundig en empathisch. Ze neemt de tijd om alles duidelijk uit te leggen en zorgt ervoor dat ik me altijd op mijn gemak voel tijdens mijn bezoeken. Ik ontvang hier altijd hoogwaardige tandheelkundige zorg in een warme en professionele omgeving. Het team is zeer bekwaam, waardoor je met een gerust hart en een fijn gevoel de praktijk verlaat na elke afspraak.

Totaal niet cliëntgericht, als je een probleem meldt hebben ze hier geen tijd voor en moet je maar een andere keer terugkomen. Wanneer dit later zorgt voor complicaties weten ze hier niks meer van. Als een fout wordt gemaakt tijdens een behandeling “kan dit gewoon gebeuren”. Mevrouw Nijsen kan nog veel leren als het aankomt op klantvriendelijkheid, zorgzaamheid en voornamelijk specialisme. Als je een tandarts kunt kiezen in Maastricht, dan absoluut niet bij Accent.
Accent Tandartsen wurde mir empfohlen und dies absolut zurecht! Hochmoderne Zahnarztpraxis (Röntgen direkt am Behandlungsstuhl usf.), sehr freundliche Menschen und äußerst kompetente Zahnärztinnen! Bin mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Ik ben niet iemand die een reactie achter laat maar deze vrouw (Georgia Gramse) is de beste tandarts ik die ik ooit tegen kwam die vrouw is gewoon de beste zij heeft me hele tanden gered van een hele agressieve bacteriën en alle andere tandartsen hadden geen hoop meer voor me!!!🦷🦾

Al jaren is Renate Nijssen mijn tandarts. Zij neemt de tijd en ik voel me ook écht gehoord en begrepen. De praktijk van Accent Tandartsen kan ik van harte aanbevelen. Altijd een afspraak reminder en bij het maken of verzetten van afspraken word ik vriendelijk te woord gestaan.

Na trauma's van tandartsbezoekjes in kindertijd (bij een andere tandarts) jarenlang niet naar de tandarts gegaan uit angst. Sinds een aantal jaar kom ik bij Accent Tandartsen (Buby Kemps) en hij heeft alle angst weggenomen met zijn vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit. Nooit problemen met afspraken, iedereen is altijd even vriendelijk. Zeer tevreden!!

De tandarts is een vriendelijke maar bovenal kundige professional. Gericht op het behoud van je eigen tanden, nooit zomaar behandelingen uitvoeren en bijzonder geduldig. Ga nooit meer weg hier, vooral niet omdat iedereen in deze praktijk kwaliteit en service uitstraalt!!
Een buitengewoon onprofessionele organisatie, onvriendelijk ook. Tijden geleden is mij een behandeltraject voorgesteld, er is ook over een eventuele financiering daarvan gesproken. Bij een later consult werd me nota bene verweten, en tamelijk vermanend, dat ik alleen maar kom als er wat is, maar niet aan dat behandeltraject was begonnen. ‘Dat hadden we afgesproken’, aldus mevrouw de tandarts. Vandaag bezocht ik de praktijk ‘Accent’ om te starten met die voorgestelde ingrepen. Dat is ook duidelijk bij het maken van een afspraak voor het laatste consult gemeld. De assistente wist waarover het ging, en somde een of twee van de geplande behandelingen op. En zo stond ik vandaag voor een tandarts, die me vroeg wat ik kwam doen, en me doodleuk vertelde dat ze niets wist van een behandeltraject. Neuh, ‘daar staat niets van in mijn computer, maar laten we eens gaan kijken’. Nou, neuh.
She has been my dentist to full satisfaction for over 15 years. Since a year I've been coming here with my two toddlers as well. They handle this in an amazing way. My 3 year old had an accident and needed to have a tooth pulled out. They made time for us, 3 times in the last 24 hours. The team did a great job, caring, loving and very patient. Me and my 2 kids absolutely love this dentist and her team!
Very bad experience! She does not have a professional behavior. We went for one of my wife's tooth, but she filled two other teeth and made new problems for those two teeth. She now has pain. In this clinic, you must also pay only cash! I do not recommend her.
