Wat een kundige tandarts!! Vriendelijk en kundig, ik zou bijna zeggen dat ik er graag kom. Ook het personeel, kundig en vriendelijk! Chapeau!!
Arrogantie en onverzettelijkheid hebben naar hun mening een hogere mate van professionaliteit en een goede behandeling. Ik was bij hen geregistreerd en verhuisde naar een andere kliniek, en toen merkte ik dat de kliniek van Bloem beter was en belde ze onmiddellijk om opnieuw te registreren, maar ze accepteerden het niet. Ik vertelde hen dat mijntanden zal verliezen als ik niet terugkom naar hun kliniek, het is maar een week. Ze zccepterde niet. Zoiets kan niet worden geaccepteerd. En ben zo ontevreden over hun
Heel vriendelijk (zowel arts als assistenten), er hangt geen vervelende sfeer. Ze laten zien en geven uitleg wat ze gaan doen. Eerlijk advies en houden rekening met de patiënt. Heel fijn!

Heb mijn hele leven nog geen andere tandarts gehad! Heb altijd Theo als tandarts gehad tot dat Theo er mee ging stoppen. Nu is André mijn tandarts sinds een paar jaar en ook een super tandarts! Nooit verdere problemen gehad, ook over de assistentes heb ik totaal niks te klagen. Tot nu toe in al die jaren nooit meegemaakt dat er een assistent onvriendelijk was/is. Super tevreden al jaren met de tandarts(en) en assistentes in deze tandartsenpraktijk!!!! 👍

Ik ben hier sinds jaar en dag en kom zelfs uit Duitsland terug voor mijn controle alle 6 Maanden. Ik heb het idee dat er geen onnodige dingen gedaan worden en ben helemaal tevreden.
Afgelopen maand was ik enorm ziek en heb ik mij voor het eerst ziek moeten melden op mijn werk. Hierdoor de afspraak bij de tandarts vergeten. Nu kregen wij een rekening thuis van 60 euro wegens het niet na komen van een afspraak, en dit vonden wij absurd hiervoor heeft mijn man opgebeld en de assistente ging overleggen met de tandarts en belde later terug. Even later belde ze op met de mededeling dat de tandarts de rekening terug draaide maar dan moesten wij opzoek naar een nieuwe tandarts, of als we wilde blijven dan moesten wij 60 euro betalen. Nou je kunt raden wat onze beslissing was, weg wezen want zo ga je niet met mensen om en zeker niet na dat ze in 1 jaar tijd al behoorlijk aan ons verdiend hebben. Ik vind het rondweg asociaal gedrag om zo iets te zeggen. Daarbij zijn wij nog nooit een afspraak vergeten. Een boete van 20 euro oke maar 60 gaat echt te ver. Maar dat was nog niet eens het ergste probleem want die 60 euro hadden we evt ook nog betaald maar het zeggen van ik kan de 60 euro terug draaien maar dan zoek je maar een andere tandarts gaat ons echt te ver. Dus tot nooit meer ziens.
