absolute ramp. Pas op voor verkeerde diagnoses en slecht werk. De wortelkanaalbehandeling werd door Dental Care slecht uitgevoerd. De enige oplossing vanuit de arts was naar de kaakchirurg gaan om de wortelpunt te laten verwijderen. omdat het onmogelijk zou zijn om nog een wortelkanaalbehandeling uit te voeren. Om een lang verhaal kort te maken: mijn nieuwe tandarts kon duidelijk zien dat Dental Care simpelweg vergeten was aan het tweede wortelkanaal van de tand te werken. De wortelkanaalbehandeling werd probleemloos uitgevoerd en de tand bleef behouden.Dental Care heeft gelogen. Ik zou hier nooit meer heen gaan.
Ik ben al van kinds af aan bij deze tandarts. Ik ben superblij met Mark. Hij vertelt heel rustig en precies wat hij gaat doen zodat je weet waarom welke instrumenten tevoorschijn getoverd worden. Gisteren was bij mij een kies afgebroken en vandaag kon ik al meteen terecht. Met veel zorg is deze kies gerepareerd! Ik ben helemaal opgelucht. Toppers!
Een van de beste tandartspraktijken die ik ken. Al jaren tevreden klant en de nodige behandelingen ondergaan (e.g., wortelkanaal, vullen); alles wordt geduldig en goed gecommuniceerd. Herken helemaal niet de negatieve reviews die worden gegeven; ik ga er met plezier naar toe :-).
Ik kom pas ca. 4 jaar bij deze tandarts maar in die 4 jaar al meerdere problemen ervaren mer deze praktijk. Omdat ik begrijp dat waar mensen werken wel eens fouten gemaakt worden en iedereen zijn dag wel eens niet heeft, heb ik het meermaals besproken en weer een kans gegeven. Na wederom een aanvaring met de praktijkhouder gehad te hebben heb ik toch besloten deze review te schrijven met een beknopte opsomming van de problemen waar ik tegenaan gelopen ben. Dit omdat ik graag had willen weten waar ik aan toe zou zijn toen ik mij heb aangemeld bij deze praktijk (nadat ik verhuisd was): * Foutieve facturering (altijd 3x5 min. Mondreiniging gefactureerd, ook als het slechts 8 min. Heeft geduurd). Dit geprobeerd te bespreken maar ik werd direct afgescheept. * Niet behulpzame en vooral zeer onvriendelijke praktijkhouder (Ilona van Dun). Meermaals gebeld voor telefonisch advies en altijd voel ik mij belachelijk gemaakt. Totaal geen professionele benadering en niet in staat met mij mee te denken. Drukt haar mening telkens door zonder respect voor mijn wensen. Gisteren voelde ik me voor het eerst zelfs gepest door deze persoon. * Totaal geen cliënt gerichte benadering. Ze laten je bijvoorbeeld een uur op en neer laten rijden (afstand is natuurlijk mijn keuze, maar ze denken totaal niet mee) voor een recept wat gewoon via de mail gestuurd had kunnen worden. Ik moest vervolgens met het recept alsnog naar de eigen apotheek terwijl ik vooraf gevraagd had of ik dit bij de eigen apotheek kon ophalen. Praktijkhouder was heel duidelijk dat dit niet mogelijk was. * Vervolgens ruim 35 minuten staan wachten voor het ophalen van een recept! Waarvan 15 min zelfs buiten. Geen excuses of niets. Wat ik de praktijk moet nageven is dat de tandarts zelf altijd even vriendelijk is, ook al is de afspraak altijd minimaal een half uur later dan gepland.

Waardeloos. Afspraak voor een maandagochtend op 7.45u. Op vrijdagmiddag ziek, koorts praktijk niet meer bereikbaar. Via Corona wijzer via hun eigen site NIET welkom op afspraak ivm klachten. Bij deze is uw afspraak geannuleerd. Krijg je toch rekening. Al jaren daar client ook met de kids altijd daar geweest en blijven ze bij hun standpunt. Dat consult moet betaald worden. Hadden we maandagochtend nog eens moeten bellen.

Altijd vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel. Ik ga hier al mijn hele leven naar toe. Nog nooit ben ik verkeerd behandeld.
Kan niet oordelen over de vakkundigheid maar ontzettend jammer dat je op vakantie erge kiespijn hebt en je niet terecht kunt bij deze praktijk omdat ze te vol zitten die dag.
Goede service en een hele goede en geduldig tandarts.
Moet mijn review aanpassen. Na verandering tandarts, achtergekomen dat stuk materieel achtergebleven is in mijn zenuwkanaal. Is mij NOOIT meegedeeld. Ze gaven aan dat ontsteking wellicht door verkoudheid kwam. Wel in overdrachtdossier nieuwe tandarts gezet dat het cliënt wel werd meegedeeld. Kies moest uiteindelijk chirurgisch verwijderd worden na half jaar met een terugkerende ontsteking gezeten te hebben. Laf en amateuristisch.
