GoogleDenkt aan zijn eigen portomonnee en niet aan de patient. Meneer kan niet slapen als hij gezonde tanden moet laten trekken( doet niets zelf), hij vergeet hier bij dat de patient komt als hij al weken ( in mijn geval al jaren ) niet kan slapen van de pijn.
Rekeningen kloppen niet. Hier iets van gezegd en het werd uiteindelijk ook niet veranderd! Nu bij een nieuwe tandarts en zeer tevreden. Ik zou deze zeer zeker niet aanraden!
Fijne tandarts praktijk zeer kundige sociale tandarts. Echt een aanrader. Tijd voor zijn patiënten en denkt vooruit.
Zeer ruwe tandarts en kan echt wel wat hebben. Slechte uitleg. Kletsen boven de patiënt met elkaar. Tot 3x toe water in mijn gezicht gespoten. Waar doet het pijn? Daar? en dan 5x op plek lucht spuiten dat je haast tegen plafond aan zit. Ik heb een dikke week last in mijn mond gehad. Het lijkt net of ze van patiënten af willen. Dat is dan gelukt, want ik en mijn familie en nog vele andere zien ze niet meer terug. Waardeloos.
Waardeloos. Deze praktijk brengt je tijd in rekening die jij in de stoel ligt terwijl ze zelf een kwartier gaan vergaderen. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar, alles moet per mail en mail wordt nooit beantwoordt. Ben al 2 maanden aan het mailen over de te hoge rekening, krijg gee reactie maar wel verhogingen en dreigbrieven met deurwaarder. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk of klantgericht, dit had heel makkelijk afgehandeld kunnen zijn maar als klant ben je blijkbaar alleen maar goed wanneer je zonder vragen de hoge rekening betaald.
