Als iemand met een heilige angst voor de tandarts, kan ik zeggen dat ik heel erg blij ben met dhr Metsers. Ik heb verschillende tandartsen gehad, maar hij is de enige bij wie ik terug kom. Hij legt alles duidelijk uit en heeft mij tot op zekere hoogte weten te desensibiliseren. Is heel vriendelijk en heel kundig.
Hij is een van de slechtste dokters die ik ooit in mijn leven heb gezien, daarom laten Nederlanders hun tanden repareren in het buitenland. Ik hoop dat je je opleiding afmaakt.

Gebeld voor nooddienst in verband met helse pijn. Onvriendelijke telefoniste/ assistente. Laat je niet uitpraten en had duidelijk geen zin om te werken of was bang dat ze moest komen opdraven. Ze luisterde niet naar mijn verhaal en de pijn was volgens haar “normaal”. Ik werd afgeserveerd en moest het maar uitzitten met alle gevolgen van dien… Geen behoefte aan contact/oplossing, het leed is al geschied!
Ik vond hier door te zoeken via Google en besloot behandeld te worden in het licht van positieve recensies. Na en terwijl ik zo vaak werd behandeld voor mijn mond waarin veel tandvulling nodig was, was ik zo tevreden over de aanpak van de tandarts. Hij communiceerde heel goed met mij en legde al mijn vragen in detail uit. Ik voel en geloof dat mijn mond en tanden gezonder zijn dan voorheen.

Goed en rustig Telefonisch te woord gestaan, goede uitleg ook van wat hij doet, direct pijnverlichtende en goede hulp geboden alsook prima nazorg en -adviezen. Dit terwijl deze Tandarts niet onze eigen (regio-)Tandarts is en hij een heel druk spoed spreekuur had. Bij deze nogmaals bedankt!
