Today I visited Mondzorg Jekerdal for the first time and had a really great experience. Everyone was professional, well organized, and made me feel comfortable from the start. I’m usually very nervous when going to the dentist, but this visit felt different. Haha. My dentist, Ali Samadi, was amazing. He explained what he was doing, checked in with me often, and gave me breaks when needed, which really helped me relax. Thank you so much to the whole team. I honestly had a great experience and would definitely recommend this clinic.
Wilde meer kosten rekenen dan van te voren afgesproken per mail. Zegt dat het heel normaal is om van alles erbij te doen waar je niet voor komt. Maar dat bepaalde hij wel. Keuze ligt nog altijd bij mij. Kijk jullie facturen maar goed na! Wist niet hoe snel ik weg moest. Officiële klacht is ingediend
Afgelopen 2 weken erg veel last gehad van een kaakontsteking. Antibiotica gekregen, maar helaas ging de ontsteking niet helemaal weg. Verwijsbrief gekregen voor kaakchirurgie, 7 juli was de eerste mogelijkheid. Tandarts Samadi heeft mij gelukkig na 2 werkdagen geholpen. Kies verwijderd zonder al teveel problemen en nu geen last meer. Thanks

Ik had een geweldige ervaring bij tandarts Samadi. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en begreep mijn angst. De tandarts nam de tijd om alles rustig uit te leggen en zorgde ervoor dat ik me op mijn gemak voelde. De praktijk was schoon en goed georganiseerd. Voor mensen met angst voor de tandarts zou ik deze praktijk zeker aanbevelen!
Sturen facturen door met codes die staan voor specialistische behandelingen die horen bij ernstige klachten, terwijl je een standaard behandeling hebt gekregen. Maar de verzekeraar zegt dan uiteraard, voor dergelijke specialistische behandelingen ben je niet verzekerd. Dan bel je, geven ze de misleiding toe, maar willen dan in eerste instantie de factuur niet terug draaien. Dus dan moet je blijven aandringen, totdat ze weken later schoorvoetend toch maar de factuur intrekken. Maar telefonisch proberen ze dan alsnog hun gelijk te halen. "Ja maar stel je had die behandeling wel nodig gehad, dan had je wel moeten betalen..." ?!?! Goh, goed punt zeg. Kies vooral een andere praktijk zou ik zeggen...
Went here for a Cleaning of the Teeth. The service is of good quality, but they overcharge. I was charged for 45 minutes, whereas the actual treatment took rather 35 minutes. When calling about this and providing solid arguments and evidence, the treating Hygienest insisted that it had been 45 minutes. I advise to stop the time - unless you are happy with overpaying.
This particular practice has the best service of any medical office I’ve been too in Maastricht. The receptionist, the dentist assistants and the dentists themselves were all genuine in their exchanges. They were happy to answer any questions. The most important part is that they do their work well, which was critical and very important for me because I went to get fixed a mistake another dental practice made. As an expat living in Maastricht having had a poor experience at another clinic in a culture I don’t know was scary. I was relieved to be referred to this location who were able to reassure me and fix the problem. Save yourself the hassle from another dental clinic, best to go here first than end up here because they need to fix the errors of other dentists! I could not think of any way that I would have changed my experience at Mondzorg Jekerdal. I rate them 10/10
Tandarts heeft me twee keer laten betalen en omdat de factuur naar de zorgverzekering ging kon ik hier niks aan doen. Zorgverzekering heeft automatisch van mijn rekening afgeboekd. Ben nog een keer terug gegaan om te vraagen of ze dit recht zouden trekken. Tandarts zij van ja maar ik heb dit geld nooit meer terug gezien
