Une crainte immense en entrant...mais très vite apaisée. Examen préliminaire, anesthésie sans une douleur et extraction et soin de plaie dans la foulée !Au top, le duo qui a pris soin de moi!Merci docteur Cetinkaya! Suite à une inflammation, j'ai été reçue, dans la journée, afin de me soulager.Avec attention et professionnalisme,le docteur Centinkaya a réaliser un nettoyage de la plaie et un collègue(parondotologue) est venu, lui aussi, vérifier une dernière fois si tout allait bien! Une équipe à l'écoute....c'est ce que j'ai trouvé chez Odontia Meuseview.Merci pour votre professionnalisme
Très bon accueil, très bon conseil, des explications claires. Rendez-vous assez rapide. C’est partit pour 1 an d’appareil, installé en 1h et sans douleur.
Je suis profondément déçue par le manque de réactivité et de professionnalisme de ce cabinet. J’ai consulté le 10 avril pour un contrôle dentaire ; on m’a assuré qu’il n’y avait rien d’inquiétant et donné un rendez-vous plus d’un mois plus tard. Deux semaines plus tard, en voyage à l’étranger, une violente rage de dents s’installe : douleurs insupportables à la mâchoire, à la tête, à l’oreille gauche… Je contacte le cabinet en urgence en tant que patiente suivie, expliquant clairement que je souffre énormément et que j’ai besoin d’un soin, pas d’un simple contrôle. La seule réponse que j’obtiens : un créneau à midi, sans aucune flexibilité, alors que j’indique être disponible uniquement en fin de journée car je suis encore à l’aéroport. Aucune autre solution n’est proposée, comme si ma douleur était secondaire. Il est inadmissible qu’un professionnel de santé traite ainsi une urgence. On oublie parfois que derrière les soins dentaires, il y a des patients, de la souffrance, et surtout un devoir médical. Un dentiste n’est pas là uniquement pour des actes techniques, mais pour soigner.
À toute personne à la recherche d'un cabinet moderne avec des dentistes compétents, je recommande vivement ce lieu. Leur attention aux détails et leur expertise font de chaque visite une expérience agréable.
