GoogleIn februari een kennismakingsgesprek gesprek gehad met Stijn. Gelijk beide oude protheses ingescand. Na een paar keer passen en meten waren mijn nieuwe protheses klaar. In eerste instantie alles perfect, maar na enige tijd toch iets te groot. Geen probleem, want Stijn heeft dit vakkundig opgelost door een rebase. Ik kan dan ook zeggen dat ik geweldig geholpen ben. Zeker een aanrader.
voor een orienterend gesprek naar steco gegaan. voor alle duidelijkheid voor de ambiance of hippe sfeer met lounge muziek hoef en moet je er niet heen. je kunt gesprekken met clienten duidelijk horen, er waren wat stekkerdozen uit de muur , de wc bril schoof er nog net niet vanaf en er was geen receptie aanwezig . neen je krijgt er geen kopje koffie. de behandelend arts zat onder de stof van het gebit slijpen . maar ! : men was er wel heel vriendelijk. alles werd goed uitgelegd.ruimte voor vragen en gebitten bekijken en een duidelijk vrijblijvend advies. geen druk, maar transparant gesprek. daar kan geen kopje koffie tegenop :)
opeens vrijdag avond een probleem met mijn gebit. natuurlijk in het weekend. Op zaterdag gebeld en ik mocht gelijk komen. Top Service.

Wat n arrogantie sta je voor de deur om 12.00 u laten ze je gewoon staan ! Nu t niet meer steco is is klantvriendelijkheid ook niet meer nodig ! Klasse MONDZORG !!! Mij zijn jullie kwijt als klant !!!
Ik heb het 5 de kunstgebit laten maken die andere 4 waren prutsers te groot of paste niet. Maar bij steco was het beste gebid past goed en nooit problemen gehad.
