The receptionist said there were no emergency appointments available here but they found me a place nearby, and was able to call on my behalf and book it in for us. Ben al jaren op zoek naar een tandarts waar ik me op mijn gemak voel,, eindelijk gevonden, ga zonder zweethanden in de stoel, en de behandelingen zijn super goed,, ben heel blij en dankbaar.
Incredibly rude assistant! I have called to ask for an appointment for my mother, a Ukrainian refugee. She didn't want to make it at first, even though my mother is in pain and perhaps it is an emergency!!! Then when I told we will pay, she agreed to find a place. However, all her demeanour was not welcoming. I have asked how much it can cost, she told me that we should definitely take with us 150 euros and I need to take only cash. Without cash my mother will not be treated. It was incredibly rude as she was clearly letting me know that I and my mother were so poor and not to be trusted and would run away without a payment!!!!!!! She didn't specify my situation and made a conclusion that I cannot pay! In my case I earn enough and pay taxes to get at least some respect and trust and not be treated like how I was treated there!
