Ik ben er van uit mijn tandarts die ik al 40 jaar had terecht gekomen omdat ik een mond hygiënische behandeling nodig had voor zeer diepe pockets. Hier werkt de beste mond hygiënist van Limburg samen met een van de beste tandartsen. Erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. Zeer tevreden .

Communicatie is heel slecht. Ik ben dit niet gewend van deze praktijk. Ik kom al meer dan 40 jaar in deze praktijk. Nu blijkt dat Peter Schoonbrood ziek is en dat hij halve dagen werkzaam is en dit jaar ook gaat stoppen. Nu krijg ik al de 3e vervanger in iets meer dan een half jaar. Dit wordt alleen maar even via mail kenbaar gemaakt dat ik dan maar weer een andere tandarts krijg. Er zit aan de balie ook een nieuwe medewerkster. Deze manier van communicatie doen de hele situatie geen goed. De administratie wordt nu ook nog eens heel slecht bijgehouden sinds de nieuwe tandartsen deze praktijk beheren.

Heel selchte assistente. Wist van niets en de afspraak, waarvoor we twee uur gereisd hebben, bleek te zijn verwijderd zonder ons dat zij daarvoor op de hoogte heeft gesteld.

Sinds 1984 kom al bij de heer Peter Schoonbrood in Ulestraten. Al geruime tijd is zijn solopraktijk overgegaan in een tandheelkundig centrum . Vanaf het begin ben ik zeer tevreden over alle gedane handelingen. Het is een degelijke , toegewijde en kundige tandartsenpraktijk ! Ik zie dat ik de eerste ben met mijn reactie .
