Sehr unzufrieden mit der Haarverlängerung. Vermutlich kein Echthaar, da sie schon nach 2 Wochen Tragen verfilzten. Zudem sehr kurze Haltbarkeit und zu wenig Länge (obwohl bezahlt schwarz auf weiß). Nach Reklamation wird man nur hingehalten und es erfolgt kein Entgegenkommen. Danach folgt nur Ignoranz. Es wird alles nur totgeschwiegen und abgesessen. Kundenservice = 0. Melde dich doch bitte, wenn dir deine ehemaligen Kunden wichtig sind. Du weißt wen du über Wochen ignoriert hast und wo du dich melden sollst. Mit so viel fremdem Geld spielt man nicht. Sondern man sollte es gerade bei so einer hohen Summe wieder gut machen wollen!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann alle Behandlungen, die ich bereits bei ihr gemacht habe, ausnahmslos empfehlen! Der wunderschöne Laden in der Hafencity macht den Aufenthalt dann perfekt!
