Hallo an den Bioladen Nagel.
Waren heute mal da zum Stöbern, haben dann vegane Merquez und vegane Steaks zum Testen mitgenommen.
Alles superfreundlich und gut beraten worden 👍
Fazit:
Die Merquez waren gut gewürzt, aber geschmacklich war es nicht ganz so überzeugend.
Ganz anders und sehr überraschend diese veganen "Steaks", die waren richtig lecker, ja, natürlich keine Steaks , aber geschmacklich eine Pracht,
Werden wir auf alle Fälle noch öfters holen.
Noch was, ich bin ein überzeugter Fleischfresser (gewesen).
Bei uns kommt aber immer mehr Veganes auf den Tisch.
Warum?
Weil es schmeckt und es wird immer besser, wer es nicht probiert, selber schuld.
Ansonsten geht es uns mehr ums Tierwohl, diese industrielle Abschlachtung von Kühen, Kälbern und Schweinen hat Ausmaße angenommen, die man getrost als abartig bezeichnen kann.
Im Internet findet man schöne Dokus, die den eigenen Appetit auf Fleisch, Wurst, Käse und Milch durchaus zügeln.
Aber, jeder wie er will.....
