Pizza Bolle am Mühlenkamp ist offenbar der Beweis dafür, dass man mit genug Burrata fast alles emotional ausgleichen kann.
Die Pizza Burrata war grundsätzlich lecker — vor allem wurde beim Burrata nicht gegeizt. Das Problem war nur: Der Burrata kam offenbar direkt aus einem Kryolabor. So eiskalt, dass die Pizza innerhalb weniger Sekunden die Betriebstemperatur eines norddeutschen Badesees im Februar erreicht hat.
Man hatte kurz das Gefühl, gleichzeitig eine heiße Pizza und ein italienisches Speiseeis zu essen. Kulinarisch mutig. Physikalisch beeindruckend.
Das Konzept mit Selbstbedienung ist grundsätzlich okay, allerdings wirkte das Personal noch etwas in der „Generalprobe vor der Eröffnung“-Phase. Freundlich, bemüht — aber organisatorisch teilweise noch mit leichter Orientierungssuche zwischen Pizza, Tresen und Realität.
Trotzdem: gute Zutaten, ordentliche Portion Burrata und definitiv Potenzial. Beim nächsten Mal vielleicht einfach den Käse 10 Minuten früher aus dem Kühlschrank holen — dann könnte die Pizza ihre Kerntemperatur eventuell bis zum Tisch überleben.

Leider waren die Servicekräfte überfordert. Was aber sehr grenzwertig ist (neben den Preis pro Pizzastück 5-7€) ist der Fakt, das die Preise für Pizzastücke nirgendwo gekennzeichnet sind. 4 Stücke Pizza für 27€ ist schon echt eine markige Ansage. Wir gehen dort nie wieder hin.

4.5.26/13:15 Eine echte neue Alternative für kleine Snacks am Mühlenkamp, obwohl es vor einiger Zeit gegenüber schon mal für kurze Zeit einen "Bolle" gab. Jetzt scheint man sich auf einen längeren Verbleib am wuseligen Mühlenkamp vorbereitet zu haben. Die frische Inneneinrichtung und die Anzahl der Plätze weist auf einen ernstgemeinten Versuch hin. Wir würden das begrüßen, denn die Pizzasandwich sehen gut aus und sind recht lecker. Viel Erfolg
