1er rdv hier , la dame a juste mit 2 doigt dans ma bouche avant de me dire a non en faite je prend plus de client car ma collègue arrete et moi je vais pas tarder a arrêter . Je peut comprendre mais n accepter pas de nouveau client au téléphone et faire déplacer les gens pour rien dans ce cas , d autant plus que de faire payer le rdv alors qu elle ne m a strictement rien fait ( pas utiliser d outil , pas de réparation, pas de conseil bref rien ) je trouve ca honteux !

Premier rendez vous ce jour à 17h. Ma fille n ayant pas réussi à dormir l'après midi, je décide de la "tenir éveillée " jusqu à l'heure du rendez vous. A peine arrivée, je n'ai même pas le temps de m'asseoir pour, aucunes question à part si je prend des médicaments et " qu'est ce qu'il se passe "? En regardant son ordinateur. Super froide, et en mode expeditive! Et sur le fauteuil, pareil ! Je n ai même pas le temps de dire quoi que ce soit, et le peu que j arrive a sortir de ma bouche, ce sont des réponses sans aucuns tact tout ek continuant à preparer ses affaires. Horrible, je n ai jamais vu ça auparavant ! Du coup, pas de sieste de mon bébé pour un rendez vous pareil, tres mauvaise expérience.
