GoogleIch finde das Empfangspersonal unterirdisch. Man wird weder beim Hereinkommen begrüßt oder angeschaut, noch wenn Sie einen direkt "ansprechen". Service beginnt in der ersten Sekunde und die jungen Frauen haben absolut keine Service Kompetenz oder Interesse (wiederholt erlebt und immer dasselbe). Die Ärzt:innen scheinen kompetent zu sein.
Wirklich tolle Klinik zu einer tollen Praxis. Herr Bergmann hat bei mir die Weisheitszahnop gemacht und ich war sehr zufrieden. Habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, er hat mir die Angst genommen und war sehr kompetent. Zum Glück muss ich nie wieder durch eine Weisheitszahnop, aber wenn ich müsste, dann definitiv wieder bei ihm. Termin zum Fäden ziehen wurde vor Beginn der Op vereinbart und auch bei diesem Termin war ich sehr zufrieden. Und die Wartezeiten sind sehr kurz (5-10 Minuten).
Trotz Kasse behandelt wie ein König. Weiter so!
