Seit mehreren Jahren unterstütz mich das Team von dentes! Die Zahnärzte sind sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Praxis ist sehr modern und gut gelegen. Schöne Musik spielt im Hintergrund. Ich wurde immer über alle Behandlungsschritte gut und fachlich aufgeklärt. Mitarbeiter geben immer ihr Bestes! Weiter so!
Ganz liebes und professionelles Team! Habe im aktuen Schmerzfall sofort einen Termin bekommen und wurde sehr einfühlsam versorgt. Ich bin seitdem dort in Behandlung geblieben und kann mich als Angstpatientin das erste mal entspannen. Ich kann diese Zahnarztpraxis nur jedem empfehlen!
Der Mitarbeiter (m) am Empfang war unhöflich und beleidigend. Nachdem ich mit der Ärztin sprechen wollte, war dies nicht möglich. Da der zugesagte Zeitplan sich spontan um Tage verschoben hatte, wollte ich mich noch einmal bei einem anderen Zahnarzt informieren. Als ich das dem Mitarbeiter mitteilte, warf er mich verbal sehr unhöflich aus der Praxis. Ich kann diese Praxis nicht empfehlen, wenn die Gewinnerzielungsabsicht vor dem freundlichem Patientenumgang steht.
Seit fast 20 Jahren komme ich regelmäßig hier her zur Kontrolle. Die Zahnärzte und Assistenten sind alle schon immer sehr freundlich gewesen und haben mich gut beraten.

Werde mir wohl wieder einen anderen Zahnarzt suchen! Fand die eigentlich ganz gut aber hab Prbleme mit Organisation und der Terminvergabe. Wollte mehrere Termine aber bekam einen!!! in 3-4 Wochen( gab nur noch den! Und den in der Arbeitszeit / echt jetzt?). Da fragt man sich natürlich, wie das weitergehen soll, mit Terminen ? Nun gibt es scheinbar nicht genug und zeitnahe Folgetermine um die Arbeit zu beginnen aber auch wirklich zu beenden rechtzeitig. Total nervig und stressig so etwas. Auch schlecht kommuniziert. Und ich hasse wochenlangen Stress und Ungewissheit weil nichts weitergeht seit Mitte Juli und man einfach keine Ahnung hat ob es überhaupt noch ein glückliches Ende findet. Definitiv sehr schlechte Kommunikation bei Terminvergabe am Empfang. Überlege schon alles abzubrechen , da sich das alles irgendwie, wie eine vorprogrammierte Katastrophe anfühlt und mich unkommunizierte und ungeklärte Dinge stressen. Dicker Sterneabzug von 5 auf 3. Sehr schade, da ich eigentlich zufrieden war. Besonders auch meine noch sehr junge Zahnärztin, ist eine wahre Bereicherung für das Team und Ihre Zunft. Aber Zahnarzt ist halt auch Termine,Planung und Organisation.
Mogę Tylko powiedzieć że Panie uratowały mi życie , nie mogłem jeść , spać przez bolące zęby, ale już po pierwszej wizycie po tygodniu męczarni poczułem ulgę. Strasznie polecam profesjonalne usługi oraz podejście. Dodam że jestem typem który boi się dentystów , ale tutaj na drugą wizytę już poszedłem ze spokojną głową i tylko z lekkim stresem. Teraz jestem już po zakończeniu leczenia i śmiało mogę powiedzieć jeżeli szukasz profesjonalnego podejścia i do pacjenta w kwestii świadczenia wykonywanych usług , dobrze ... Nie trafiłeś najlepiej jak mogłeś 💪❤️
