GoogleMeine Tochter ist seit einigen Jahren zu regelmäßigen Kontrollen und zur Prophylaxe hier. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sie geht freiwillig und ohne Angst zum Zahnarzt. Das war nicht immer so. Die Organisation ist tipptopp, einzig werden oft die Termine wieder verschoben, dafür wird man telefonisch kontaktiert.
Diese Praxis ist wirklich top. Alle am Empfang sind super freundlich und auch die Zahnärztin Frau Fritzsche und ihre Zahnarzthelferin, die mit im Raum war, waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich bin noch nicht so lange Patient in dieser Praxis, aber ich war heute das 3. Mal da und ich bin zu allen Terminen immer pünktlich dran gekommen, also es gibt keine Wartezeit. Auch das man über Doctolib Termine buchen kann, finde ich eine gute Sache. Ich habe mich bisher immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Klar, man geht natürlich nicht gerne zum Zahnarzt, aber es ist deutlich angenehmer, wenn eine positive und entspannte Atmosphäre herrscht und das ist in dieser Praxis definitiv gegeben. Ich bin sehr froh, daß ich diese Praxis gefunden habe und kann sie definitiv empfehlen.
Ich war am Freitagmittag (19.09.2025) mit akuten Zahnschmerzen in der Praxis DentsPro (Damerowstraße 6). Leider konnte ich trotz leerem Wartezimmer nicht behandelt werden, da mir gesagt wurde, es seien alle Termine ausgebucht. Die Praxis hätte noch rund drei Stunden geöffnet. Ich bin seit acht Jahren Patient, war aber sehr enttäuscht über die fehlende Unterstützung in einer akuten Situation. Man verwies mich anschließend an das Dentalzentrum Pankow – dort erhielt ich dieselbe Auskunft, ebenfalls bei leerem Wartezimmer. Für Patienten mit akuten Beschwerden ist das aus meiner Sicht sehr unbefriedigend. Fazit: In einer Notlage konnte ich keine Hilfe erhalten, was diese Praxis für mich in Zukunft ausschließt.
Lange habe ich einen Zahnarzt-Besuch vermieden, weil es für mich aufgrund von Ängsten eine große mentale Herausforderung darstellt. Herr Raiss-Dana hat mir gezeigt, dass man beim Zahnarzt auch gute Erfahrungen machen kann. Er war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll und ich habe mich kompetent behandelt gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
Ich komme seid ca. 5 Jahren 2x jährlich zur Kontrolle und Zahnreinigung. Und treffe immer auf ein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team. Ich habe bis jetzt, mit Termin, nie länger als 5 min warten müssen.
Ich wurde von Frau Blum behandelt und bin äußerst zufrieden. Bislang habe ich nicht so gute Erfahrungen gemacht und bringe dementsprechend eine große Angst und Nervosität mit in die Behandlung. Frau Blum konnte sie mir nehmen. Zum ersten Mal verspürte ich allumfassende Sicherheit bei einer Zahnärztin.
Herr Reiss-Dana behandelt mich und er und die Schwestern sind wunderbar und auch die Praxis ist toll. Bisher hatte ich auch nie längere Wartezeiten.
Mein Mann ist dort in Behandlung nach dem er den Zahnarzt gewechselt hat weil wir dort das Gefühl hatten abgezockt zu werden (privat Patient). Er war gleich super zufrieden. Alle sehr freundlich und die Ärztin hat ihn alles gut erklärt und auch gleich ihn beruhigt was die kosten angeht. Also alles im allen sind wir bis jetzt sehr zufrieden und hoffen das es so bleibt
Wir hatten heute einen Termin, mein Sohn hatte fürchterliche Angst, hat eine Entwicklungsverzögerung von 2 Jahren ist ist auf dem Stand eines 5-jährigen. Der Arzt und die Arzthelferin hat sich rührend um ihn gekümmert, er konnte komplett behandelt werden und hat die Angst komplett verloren! Danke!
Meine Tochter (6) ist dort Patientin und immer sehr aufgeregt bevor wir zum Zahnarzt gehen. Aber das Team dort ist super lieb und sehr einfühlsam. Früher waren wir bei Fr. Hebener und nun bei Herrn Raiss-Dana. beide Ärzte sind ein Glücksgriff! ( auch die Arzthelferin!!!)
Sehr nettes Personal. Vorallem Frau Annika Blum ist sehr einfühlsam und sehr kompetent. Ich war vorher bei meiner Tante in Behandlung nun ist sie aber leider in Rente gegangen. Bin froh das ich jetzt Frau Blum gefunden habe. Ich fühle mich bei ihr sehr wohl. Vielen Dank für die tolle Behandlung.

Super nice & helpful ladies at the front desk, I had a problem with the insurance card and they were very understanding & did their best to communicate with me in English 🙏🏻 🌻 And I simply cannot recommend Dr. Annika Blum enough🌻🌻 She is so kind and she had a 5-minute icebreaking chat with my daughter before the consultation. That’s very rare!
I made an online appointment with Dr. Hebener to treat my 6 years old son tooth cavities. Dr. Hebener speaks good English, and she is very patient with kid, she explained and even demonstrated the procedure to my son, after getting prepared mental state my son was not afraid of the drilling and filling and washing. Highly recommend this dentist!
