Ich bin seit Jahren dort Patient sogar habe ich als "AngstPatient" dort meine erste Behandlung gehabt. Ich hann den negativen Kommentaren überhaupt gar nicht zustimmen, ich empfinde sowohl das Empfangspersonal, Zimmerassistenz wie auch die Ärzte sehr freundlich und kompetent und vor allem menschlich. Wenn das Team mal nicht weiter weiß ggf nicht die Mittel hat (z.B Chirurgie) wird man an einen wirklich guten Arzt "weiter" geschickt. Meine Oma hat früher immer gesagt " Wie man in den Wald hinein ruft, so schallt es auch wieder heraus " Darüber sollten sich ggf manche Gedanken machen.
Kompetente und zugewandte zahnärztliche Betreuung. Ich hatte heute Folgendes Erlebnis: Nachdem meine pflegebedürftige Angehörige mit ihrem Rollstuhl wieder von der Praxis im 2. Stock auf Bordsteinniveau transportiert werden musste, und das ohne Aufzug, hat der behandelnde Zahnarzt einfach angeboten, mir zu helfen, den Rollstuhl mit ihr über die Treppen runterzutragen. Die 60kg Gesamtgewicht kamen so sicher wieder unten an. Eine extrem bodenständige und zugewandte Haltung Patienten gegenüber. Das ist mir meine erste Google Bewertung jemals wert.
Dieser Praxisverbund alles Fake?? Hatten heute einen Termin in Oldenswort und sind per Handy an diesen Termin erinnert worden. Wir waren dann pünktlich dort, aber leider ist dort keiner mehr. Habe in Hamburg angerufen, aber leider konnte man diese Dame wegen der Aussprache nicht verstehen. Bin sehr enttäuscht und der erste positive Eindruck ist weg. Kann allen nur raten, bleibt beim Arzt des Vertrauen.
Sogar ein Stern wäre zu gut bewertet für diese Praxis . Ich hatte einen Termin beim Chirurgen um meine Weisheitszähne raus zu operieren. An dem Tag wo mein Termin war haben die mich nachhause geschickt , weil es angeblich einen Notfall gab . Dann hatte ich 2 Tage danach noch einen Termin bekommen , als ich dann da war hatte die Praxis einfach geschlossen , weil die angeblich ein technisches Problem hatten . Mir hat das keiner mitgeteilt und ich habe deswegen sehr viel Unterricht versäumt . Ich finde sowas sehr Unprofessionell und auch sehr sehr schade , dass man so mit Patienten umgeht . Vor allem konnte ich die nicht mal erreichen sondern nur die Vertretung, die keinen Chirurgen hatte . Die haben sich nicht mal darum gekümmert, dass ich einen Termin bei nem anderen Chirurgen bekomme , weil ich mega schmerzen hatte.
Ich kann die Praxis nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Leute sind unfreundlich und man wird nicht Ernst genommen. Sucht euch lieber direkt was anders raus!
