GoogleIch habe Frau Dr Winkelmann und das restliche Praxisteam als freundlich und empathisch kennengelernt. Zur Auswertung wurde sich Zeit genommen und auf gestellte Fragen wurde ausführlich geantwortet. aus meiner Sicht schaut Frau Dr W. auch über den ,,Tellerrand,,und ist bemüht dem Patienten zu helfen.
Der Patient steht im Mittelpunkt und das Zuhören sind Voraussetzung für eine vertrauensvolle Arzt- Patient- Beziehung. So steht es im Leitbild, leider passiert das nicht. Dr. Winkelmann ist eine sehr unempathische und arrogante Fachärztin. Zudem ist das med. Personal nicht besser . Es gibt nur Pflichten, betrifft Anrufzeiten, Handtuch mitbringen e.t.c.
Ich bin seit Jahren bei Frau Dr. Winkelmann in Behandlung und fühle mich optimal betreut. Danke! Die Praxis mit ihren freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen sowie das Bestellsystem sind sehr gut strukturiert und durchdacht.

Super Ärztin. Sowohl menschlich als auch fachlich absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, MFAs auch völlig passend professionell.
War heute vor Ort und meine Beschwerden wurden nicht ernst genommen. Man hat alles versucht um eine Terminvergabe zu verhindern. Zur Ärztin kann ich nichts sagen, aber die Schwester an der Annahme (die als erstes mit dem Patienten in Kontakt tritt und Aushängeschild der Praxis sein sollte) war anscheinend schon zu lange im Beruf.
Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Team.

Also ich fühle mich bei Ihr sehr gut behandelt. Ich finde es auch gut, das ich bei Bedarf telefonisch kontaktiert werde.
ich wurde auch schon am Telefon abgewimmelt das ich zum Hausarzt soll, ohne zu hinterfragen was denn sei... man kann selbst ja nicht wissen das man zum Kardiologen muss. wenn die am Telefon so doof ist und keine Ahnung hat dann sollte sie nicht auf andere schließen...
Wurde direkt abgewimmelt, dass es überhaupt keinen Termin mehr gäbe und dann kam nichts mehr am Telefon. Ich verstehe ja, wenn es so ist, aber freundlich kann man deswegen trotzdem sein! Schade und das obwohl mir die Praxis empfohlen wurde!
