GoogleDieser Kieferorthopäde ist alles was mit schrecklich zutun hat. Die Mitarbeiter geben falsche Termine , sind unfreundlich und schreien die Teenager an. Meine Tochter hat sich dort garnicht wohlgefühlt. Sie haben ihr nicht mal bei ihren Schwierigkeiten mit der Zahnspange geholfen. Sie kam auch mal fünf Minuten zu spät und wurde nicht mehr in die Praxis reingelassen.Wenn sie was Gutes für Ihre Kinder tun wollen , dann melden Sie sie bei einem anderen Kieferorthopäden an.
Saubere freundliche Praxis. Keine langen Wartezeiten. Mein Kind wurde sogar zur Logopädie weiter empfohlen, was vorher niemanden aufgefallen ist. Behandlungsplan verständlich erklärt. Das Kind wird als Patient respektiert und in alles einbezogen. Praxis ist barrierefrei.
Alles wird von Krankenschwester erledigt. Unsauber, während Corona ohne Mundschutz, können nicht eine Schwere schmerzhafte Entzündung erkennen. Bei der Behandlung schauen sie nicht in den Mund , sondern total cool die Kollegin und quatschen Immer im Urlaub Wenig Präsenz
Fand es schrecklich dort. Weil sie meinem Sohn so viele Betäububgsspritzen gegeben haben, obwohl ich gesagt habe, dass er nie Medikamente nimmt. Er sollte 4 Weisheitszähne auf einmal gezogen kriegen. Nach den Spritzen sind alle Praxis Mitarbeiter aus dem Raum gegangen und meinten, wir sollten uns noch mal ins Wartezimmer setzen. Mein Sohn ist aufgestanden, aschfahl im Gesicht und umgefallen bzw ich habe ihn aufgefangen. Die Praxis Mitarbeiter meinten, ach das ist nicht schlimm, das geht gleich wieder weg. Ich fand das unverantwortlich. Auch 4 Zähne zu ziehen und zu sagen er kann nach drei Tagen wieder in die Schule gehen, ist unprofessionel und unglaublich. Vielleicht sind sie dort auch racist, gg BIPoC. Ich finde das gefährlich und würde niemanden raten, dort hin zu gehen. Schreckliche Praxis.
Sehr nettes Team vor Ort. Ich wurde über Behandlungsmethoden aufgeklärt und beraten. Ich hatte zu keinem Termin lange Wartezeiten, einmal bin ich sogar eine Stunde zu früh dort gewesen. Wir lachten über meinen Fauxpas und 10 Minuten später konnte ich direkt behandelt werden. Ich kann die Praxis wärmstens empfehlen.
Es ist sehr schön und angenehm dort.das einzige was ich mir wünschen würde das sie mit den festen Zahnspangen den Preis erniedrigen weil Leute die nicht viel Geld haben können es sich nicht leisten .
Dr Axelrad is wonderful and a genius! Within minutes of viewing my mouth and jaw, he could identify the problems, explain to me in great detail, answer my questions, and make an initial treatment plan, which was ready within 24hours. I look forward to long term treatment. Reception could be a bit friendlier, but, overall very pleasant and calm.
