GoogleIch gehe nun viele Jahre in die Praxis und wohne mittlerweile recht weit weg. Nehme den Weg aber gern in Kauf. Das Team ist immer nett und freundlich. Man kommt immer sehr pünktlich dran und alles klappt reibungslos. Finde gerade beim Zahnarzt ist es wichtig, dass man mit einem guten Gefühl kommt und geht. Das war hier immer so und wird auch so bleiben.
Keine langen Wartezeiten wenn man mit Termin kommt. Frau Steinbrecher ist immer gut gelaunt und freundlich. Wenn etwas gemacht werden muss ist sie auch sehr einfühlsam und umsichtig. Die ZMFAs sind auch immer freundlich. Ich gehe tatsächlich gern zum Zahnarzt.
Ich war vor ca. 10 Jahren in dieser Praxis (als Vertretung zu meinem ursprünglichen Zahnarzt, während meiner Studienzeit). Der Zahnarzt hat auf einer älteren Röntgenaufnahme erkannt, dass bei einer möglichen Weisheitszahn OP ein Risiko besteht und mir dazu einen Hinweis bei der Verabschiedung gegeben. Kein anderer Zahnarzt hat dies davor oder danach bemerkt. Jahre später kann ich sagen: Er hatte Recht. Dank ihm habe ich weiterhin Gefühl im Kiefer. Danke!
War heute in der Praxis weil mein Zahnarzt im Urlaub ist und ich Schmerzen hatte. Die Arzthelferin war super nett. Schon am Telefon sehr verständnisvoll und auch vor Ort habe ich mich gut betreut gefühlt. Ich kam auch super schnell dran. Dr. Materna ist sehr sympathisch und hat sich alles genau angesehen. Ein gutes Gefühl wenn man eine Vertretungspraxis hat, bei der man sich genauso aufgehoben fühlt wie in der eigenen Zahnarztpraxis!
Ich war das erste Mal dort und bin sehr zufrieden aus der Zahnuntersuchung bei meinem neuen Zahnarzt gegangen. Die Untersuchung war wirklich perfekt und ich wurde sehr gut betreut.ich bedanke mich Dr steinbrecher und Dr materna, Und Besonders danke ich liebe Frau Tanya sehr.
Sehr freundlich, allerdings auffällig merkwürdige "upselling" Methoden. Wir waren bis jetzt immer bei Frau Doktor Donner und uns wurden wiederholt 80€ teure "professionelle Zahnreinigungen" angeboten. Meine Freundin nahm das Angebot an, ich nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin die dann die Reinigung machte, war schon nach der Hälfte der Zeit fertig und bemerkte das dies eigentlich gar nicht wirklich notwendig gewesen wäre. Als ich beim letzten Besuch bei dem neuen Zahnarzt war weil Frau Donner keinen Termin hatte (der Ersatz für Ihren Vater, der jetzt im Ruhestand ist), fragte ich ihn am Ende der Behandlung ob eine Reinigung notwendig sei, was von ihm verneint wurde. Also aufpassen!
Ein sehr kompetentes Team! Wenn man einen Notfall hat, bekommt man schnell einen Termin. Lange Wartezeiten im Wartezimmer hatte ich ebenfalls noch nie. Dr. Materna ist der Zahnarzt meines Vertrauens!
Ich bin bei der Ärztin und sehr zufrieden! Sie bringt einem sehr viel Respekt rüber, ist wirklich Freundlich. Auch die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich . Werde da definitiv bleiben.
Seit ich bei Dr. Materna in Behandlung bin habe ich meine "Zahnarztangst" völlig überwunden. Ich finde das komplette Team als freundlich, kompetent und ich bin zutieftst froh, hier gelandet zu sein.
Leider werden Igel Leistungen als unbedingtes Muss angeboten ohne die die Behandlung nicht durchgeführt werden kann. Kassenleistung wird gar nicht erst als Alternative angeboten. Unverschämte Abzocke.
Bin 1,5 Stunden weit weggezogen und fahre immer noch hierher. Einfühlsam, kompetent und ehrlich.
Fühl mich echt Wohl in der Praxis, bin seit 1,5 Jahren bei Dr. Materna.
