Wir gehen seit über 20 Jahren in diese Praxis und kennen sowohl den vorherigen Zahnarzt, als auch Frau Dr. Lena Aschendorf. Wir wurden immer kompetent und freundlich behandelt. Termine werden zeitnah eingehalten, es ist sauber und ordentlich. Diese Praxis ist empfehlenswert!
Wie heißt es so schön, der erste Eindruck zählt. Ich kam als Notfallpatientin bis zum Empfang. wo mir unmissverständlich das Gefühl vermittelt wurde mein Problem wäre nicht wichtig genug. Ich bin noch keine Patientin, ah ja, nun es gibt viel zu tun, man wäre überlastet, der Praxisurlaub stehe an und ich solle doch bitte, wenn möglich, eine andere Praxis konsultieren. Ich bin selber aus dem Dienstleistungssektor (namenhafte Krankenversicherung-Sachbearbeitung) und kenne die Problematik durchaus. Dennoch, würde ich so mit meinen Versicherten umgehen, wäre zeitnah ein Gespräch mit meiner Vorgesetzen fällig. Sorry, ich hatte gewisse Hoffnungen in Sie gesetzt, doch nun, bin ich dem Rat gefolgt und habe eine andere Praxis für mich gefunden.
Trotz meines Umzugs nach Pinneberg bin ich der Praxis treu geblieben ohne es zu bereuen. Das Praxisteam ist freundlich, kompetent und hat ein offenes Ohr für meine Belange. Hervorheben möchte ich die sanfte Art und Weise in der Frau Hinz die individuelle professionelle Zahnreinigung durchführt. Von meiner Seite aus ein großen Kompliment.
Ich bin seit knapp einem Jahr bei der Zahnärztin Frau Dr. Aschendorff, ich habe bereits mehrere Zahnbehandlungen bei Ihr gehabt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe nur gute Erfahrung mit Ihrer Arbeit gemacht. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Und die Praxis ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
Ich fühle mich in der Praxis von Frau Dr. Aschendorff sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Terminbuchung geht unkompliziert über Doctolib, die Praxis ist gut gelegen, sauber und modern. Bei jedem Besuch werde ich sehr freundlich behandelt und fühle mich sehr wohl. Insbesondere auch die PZR und Frau Hinz möchte ich positiv hervorheben <3
Super kompetente Zahnärztin und sehr gute Zahnreinigung mit guten Empfehlungen zu einem akzeptablen Preis. Nur der Empfangsdame an der Rezeption fehlt doch ein wenig Höflichkeit und reagiert hin und wieder ein wenig ruppig und rau. Auch Patienten sind Kunden und müssen gepflegt werden!
Endlich habe ich eine Zahnärztin gefunden, der es nicht ausschließlich um Profit geht und bei der ich nicht mit einem unwohlen Gefühl die Praxis verlasse. Frau Dr. Aschendorff ist freundlich, kompetent und man muss nicht zu lange auf Termine warten.
Bin erst seit kurzem bei Frau Doktor.Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben.Die Praxis ist nur zu empfehlen.
Ich bin seit vielen Jahren dort bei Dr. FINZEL in Behandlung. Aus meiner Sicht der beste Zahnarzt weit und breit. Er klärt bestmöglich auf und die Empfehlungen sind gut nachvollziehbar. Von den Ergebnissen bin ich immer wieder begeistert. Hoffentlich bleibt er noch lange als Arzt in der Praxis.
Ich und meine Kinder gehen seit vielen Jahren zu Dr. Finzel und sind dort immer fair und absolut kompetent behandelt worden. Auch das Terminmanagement ist optimiert, sodass kaum Wartezeiten in der Praxis entstehen. Was man wirklich nicht von allen Praxen behaupten kann:-)
Mir ist leider ein halber Zahn weggebrochen. Die Ärztin hat den wunderbar wieder hergestellt aber erst nachdem ein Röntgenbild vorsichtshalber gemacht wurde. Das Personal ist freundlich und ich werde gerne wieder hingehen.
Ich bin sehr glücklich, eine so kompetente und sympathische Zahnärztin gefunden zu haben und kann Dr Lena jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einer neuen Zahnarztpraxis ist!
Ich bin seit fast 30 Jahren bei Dr. Finzel - obwohl ich inzwischen ausserhalb Hamburgs wohne! Das Termin Management sollten alle Ärzte übernehmen, es ist sehr gut. Dr. Finzel ist zudem ein sehr netter und kompetenter Zahnarzt, dem ich voll vertraue.
