Wegen schmerzen am Zahnfleisch in der Nacht habe ich gleich am frühen Morgen angerufen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich um 14:30 vorbeischauen und etwas Wartezeit mitbringen sollte, was ich auch tat. Mit Schmerzen saß ich nun da und wartete. 3 Stunden später war ich raus, man hat drei Röntgenbilder gemacht und gesagt es müsste von alleine heilen. Die Härte war dann, als der Arzt sagte, dass ich eine schmerztablette nehmen könnte.. Danke für nichts (nicht ganz ich bekam drei Röntgenbilder auf cd gebrannt mitgegeben)
Ich habe meine Dokumente angefordert und bin gegangen. Da hat mir die Freundlichkeit der Arzthelferin auch nichts gebracht.
