Ich hatte früher wirklich Angst vorm Zahnarzt, bis ich vor Jahren Dr. Bickmann gefunden habe. Die Praxis ist ruhig und sauber, ich kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Dr. Bickmann hat eine ruhige und souveräne Art, mit der selbst große Eingriffe völlig unaufgeregt und schmerzfrei erledigt werden. Ich bin jedesmal erstaunt, wie schnell das immer geht.
Besonders schön finde ich, dass während die Betäubung einwirkt, man nicht alleine im Stuhl sitzt und wartet. Es ist immer jemand vom netten Team da, der Fragen beantwortet, SmallTalk hält oder den folgenden Eingriff erklärt und einem so die Angst nimmt.
Für mich wirklich der beste Zahnarzt. Trotz der Anfahrt von einer Stunde, werde ich Dr. Bickmann bis zur Rente begleiten :D

One of my old filling fell recently. I had to fix it in Berlin. I used to go the the same dentist in my hometown, but it's my first time to see a dentist in Berlin.
I found this dentist around my area and made an appointment. Overall, I went to this dentist twice, to get my teeth fixed.
My experience: definitely recommend to anyone!
The receptionist is really friendly, although my German is not fluent. The receptionist and assistances speak German mostly for sure. But they are nice and patient while explaining everything to me. Afaik, the doctor speaks English too. But Im glad my german level is enough to understand what he said, so we save more time. The price is also reasonable. Apart from general check which is covered by public insurance. I chose better fillings so I have to pay extra money, but it is also covered by my private dentist insurance.
Generally, now I don't have to fly back home to see a dentist. I'm really satisfied with them! and also, the location is really convenient.
