Ich war vor Ort, jedoch etwa zehn Minuten verspätet, da der Haupteingang zur Straßenseite hin wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen war und ich zunächst nicht wusste, wie ich die Praxis betreten kann. Eine deutsche Mitarbeiterin am Eingang sagte mir, ich solle warten, da ihre Kollegin gleich komme. Etwa 15 Minuten später erschien eine andere Mitarbeiterin – eine etwas kräftigere Frau namens Frau Hamud – und sagte mir, dass ich zu spät sei und deshalb nicht mehr hereingelassen werden könne. Trotz meiner Erklärung zeigte sie keinerlei Verständnis für die Situation. Ich war sehr enttäuscht von diesem unprofessionellen und wenig hilfsbereiten Verhalten. Als Patientin wünsche ich mir einen respektvollen und lösungsorientierten Umgang – besonders, wenn äußere Umstände wie Bauarbeiten zu kleinen Verzögerungen führen. Ich bitte Sie, diesen Vorfall zu prüfen und dafür zu sorgen, dass künftig fairer und verständnisvoller mit Patienten umgegangen wird.
