Super nettes und kompetentes Team! Bin dort seit 3 Jahren in Behandlung und habe mich immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Auch kurzfristig ist mal Zeit für kleinere Probleme und bei Fragen werden ausgiebige Erklärungen geliefert. Meinen Anfahrtsweg von 45 Min. nehme ich da gerne in kauf! (Y)
Auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen mit Termin sehr lange warten und vor allem geht mir nach jedem Besuch ein Tag später der Draht wieder raus und ich muss wieder hin sehr sehr nervig
War in 5 Jahre Behandlung und bin sehr zufrieden sehr netter kompetenter Arzt. Die anderen Mitarbeiter auch sympathisch bis auf eine ältere Dame.

Ich bin total unzufrieden. Das Team ist sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich. Die Leistung ist auch total schlecht. Nachdem 2 Jahren habe bis jetzt keine richtige Behandlung bekommen...einfach Zeitverschwendung...... auch Geldverschwendung

Habe hier leider nur meine Zeit verschwendet.
Hallo, es ist eine typische kieferorthopädische Praxis in Deutschland, die ineffektive und überteuere Leistungen für die Kunden bietet und haltet uns alle für blöd. Ich wollte schon seit langem meine Zahnfehlerstellungen korrigieren lassen, aber wegen meiner Arbeit (jedes Jahr in neuem Land oder neuer Stadt) konnte ich es bis jetzt nicht machen (ich war schon aber bei mehreren Orthopäden in- und außer Deutschland). Dieses Mal habe ich mich dafür entschieden, mit einer Behandlung in Berlin anzufangen und dann weiter iwo anders weiter machen... Ich würde selber nimmer zu dieser Praxis gehen (z.B. weil die web Seite von der Praxis zum Kotzen als Infoquelle ist und ich habe den Beratungstermin in zwei Monaten bekommen), wurde ich aber von meinem heutigen Zahnarzt zum Hatto als "super-Profi" geschickt (Arztmafia sind überall: manus manum lavat). Bei dem Termin wurde ich besprochen, dass die Behandlung bis 2 Jahre dauern und viel unter 10 000 Euro kosten sollte. Da ich linguale Brackets wollte (auf inneren Seiten von den Zähnen), wusste ich schon ungefähr die Preise und was man damit erreichen kann. Toll ist auch über linguale Brackets, dass man vorab schon das Endergebnis sehen kann (Komputermodellierung usw.) Die Kostenplanerstellung + die Vorbereitung von Kiefermodellen usw. kostet bei Hatto ca. 300 Euro (man unterschriebt solche Konditionen bei dem ersten Termin), das ist aber überall so. Ich war aber überrascht, wenn ich den Kostenplan für 2-3 Tausend mehr als besprochen bekommen und mit der Behandlungsdauer für 4 Jahre - das ist fast das Doppelte der Behandlungszeiten und viel höhere Kosten, als die Zeiten / Kosten, die ich bei anderen Orthopäden (auch nicht in Deutschland) genannt wurde (ca. 12-18 Monaten). Bei meinen heutigen und vorigen Kollegen, Freunden usw. hat die Behandlung NIMMER mehr als 2 Jahre gedauert.. Bei mir Weisheitszähne sind schon weg, alle Zähne fast auf ungefähr gleichem Niveau, somit gibt es keine Voraussetzung für eine extrem komplizierte Behandlung.. Wachsen Zähne in Deutschland anders als überall?! Ich habe natürlich mit Hatto diskutiert, hat er daran geantwortet, dass 4 Jahre das Maximum sind, Kosten im Kostenplan auch maximale Abschätzung sind, wird aber das alles viel günstiger und schneller.. Im Kostenplan habe ich aber folgenden Satz gesehen: "Sollte die Behandlung schneller als geplant zu einem erfolgreichen Ende gebracht werden, werden die restlichen Zahlungen fällig" - haltet hatto mich damit für blöd oder ? Dafür war noch Kostenplanerstellung ca. 400 Euro statt ca. 300, ist es normal? Mir wurde keine 3d Modelle mit dem Endergebnis angezeigt (Ausrede von Hatto's Kollegin: "das müssen Sie das über uns bei dem Labo bestellen, das kostet aber extra..." - WTF?! alles was besprochen wurde, wurde nicht geliefert. Ich habe Gefühl, dass der neue Flughafen von den deutschen Orthopäden gebaut wird. Ich habe natürlich noch nicht aufgegeben gute professionale Praxis zu finden.. die Suche läuft weiter. P.S. zur Info: Hatto's Praxis bietet lose Zahnspangen (nicht Invisilign) - das ist ineffektiv und lang.. einfach googeln / bingen diese Methodik.. Linguale Brackets Systeme bei Hatto sind relativ groß im Vergleich mit anderen Brackets und teuer - das bedeutet, dass sie lassen dem Kieferorthopäde mit weniger Mühe die Drahte wechseln - für den Patient sieht es nicht so aus, als sei es für die Patienten sehr komfortabel. Somit kann ich Groß und Klein, Alt und Jung nur von der Praxis Hatto Loidl abraten.
Ich habe gerade meine Brackets entfernt bekommen und bin mehr als zufrieden die Behandlung hat zwar etwas gedauert aber es lohnt sich! Super Team :)
Ein Betrüger, nur Geld, Geld, Geld, kann ich nur abraten, der hat den Hals nicht voll genug. Ich rate dringend hier, wenn man sich bei Hatto behandeln läßt, einen Anwalt aufzusuchen
Es war das Dümmste was ich jeh gemacht habe hier hinzugehen. Drei Jahre Behandlung und nichts ist dabei herausgekommen.

WARNING: Rude, unprofessional, and disorganized staff. The first time I tried to make an appointment the lady hung up on me because my German is not very good yet. Dr. Hatto himself seemed very nice and was recommended by an oral surgeon. After the appointment I waited for the cost and treatment plan so I can send it to insurance for approval. After over a month and a half I reached back out asking for the documents I needed to send insurance and they just emailed me a one page document from the surgeon. No cost and treatment plan for the orthodontics. The staff acted like they had no idea what documents I needed for insurance. How is that even possible?? I even emailed in German with the help of a translator so they could understand me better. If you don't speak fluent German don't even bother, none of the staff speak English (or just won't) except Dr. Hatto. What a waste of time, avoid at all costs!
