Grundsätzlich ist die behandelnde Zahnärztin sehr freundlich und professionell. Am heutigen Tage wollte ich mit, telefonisch besprochen, einen Termin geben lassen für eine Vorsorgeuntersuchung im neuen Jahr. In der Praxis wurde ich von einer unfassbar unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin in Empfang genommen. Als ich ihr mein Anliegen schilderte, wurde ich herablassend begutachtet und es wurde mir sofort mitgeteilt, dass ein Termin erst im Februar möglich wäre und das Bonusheft wurde mir mit den unfreundlichen Worten zurückgegeben, dass dies erst nach einer Behandlung berücksichtigt werden kann obwohl dies telefonische anders besprochen wurde aber auch dass, habe ich hingenommen. Der Wartebereich war voll, und ich wurde so unfassbar unfreundlich bewertet, dass es mich fassungslos machte und ich mich gedemütigt fühlte. Im System stellte die Mitarbeiterin fest, dass ich einen Termin in der Vergangenheit abgesagt habe. In einer unglaublich herablassende Art, wurde ich gefragt, warum ich diesen Termin abgesagt hätte und als ich ihr schilderte, dass ich mich dazu nicht äußern muss und möchte, sagte die Mitarbeiterin, dass sie es aber jetzt wissen möchte. Als ich ihr sagte, dass es etwas privates und sehr emotionales wäre, bohrte sie einfach weiter unfreundlich nach. Das hat mich emotional unfassbar aufgewühlt und ich verneinte es wieder, mich hier nicht rechtfertigen zu müssen. Das wollte die Mitarbeiterin nach wie vor nicht akzeptieren. Erst nach zweifacher Aufforderung gab sie mir meine Versicherungskarte wieder raus, und ich teilte ihr mit, dass ich jetzt gehen möchte. Ich bin von Grund auf ein sehr empathischer und verständnisvoller Mensch aber dieses Erlebnis heute hat mich zu tiefst erschüttert. Ich werde diese Praxis nie wieder aufsuchen und in keinster Form empfehlen können. Es ist wirklich stark zu überdenken, so eine Mitarbeiterin als Empfangsmitarbeiterin für die Kunden bereitzustellen.
Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit der Behandlung bei Frau Wellnitz! Sie ist eine sehr kompetente, einfühlsame und freundliche Zahnärztin. Schon beim Betreten der Praxis fühlt man sich willkommen – das gesamte Team ist herzlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Frau Wellnitz nimmt sich immer Zeit, erklärt jeden Behandlungsschritt verständlich und arbeitet sehr präzise. Dank ihrer ruhigen und angenehmen Art verliert man jede Angst vor dem Zahnarztbesuch. Auch die Praxis ist modern ausgestattet und äußerst sauber. Ich kann Frau Wellnitz und ihr Team uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – sowohl für Routineuntersuchungen als auch für anspruchsvollere Behandlungen. Also man wird nachhause geschickt weil man wegen einem stau der vor der Tür der Praxis 9 min zu spät da ist 9 MIN !!! obwohl man einen Termin hat sehr inkompetent keine Empfehlung !
Kompetenz, Einfühlung und tolle Organisation, was will man mehr! Für diese Ärztin lohnt sich auch eine lange Anfahrt. Kein Vergleich mit anderen Arztpraxen, die nach aussen hin glänzend auftreten und bei denen man das Gefühl bekommt, eine Nummer zu sein. Frau Dr. Wellnitz erklärt, beruhigt und macht ihren Job mit Hirn, Herz und ruhiger Hand. Grosse Empfehlung!

Wow was für unfassbar nette Menschen das einfach sind. Habe mich sehr gut verstanden und aufgehoben gefühlt. Frau Wellnitz hat sich für mich viel Zeit genommen und ist umfangreich auf meine Fragen eingegangen. Mich wundert dass es bisher so wenige Rezensionen hier gibt aber ich kann die Praxis auf jeden Fall nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Liebe geht raus <3
Wahnsinnig freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Ärztin. Beratung und Behandlung ist sehr gut und kompetent. Die Terminvereinbarung klappt wunderbar. Ich habe mir auch hier die Zähne aufhellen lassen, mit sehr gutem Ergebnis.
Sehr gut organisierte Zahnarztpraxis. Bereits die Terminvereinbarung (Neupatient) lief schnell und reibungslos. Darüber hinaus hatte ich keine Wartezeit in der Praxis - top Terminmanagement! Während der Behandlung hat sich Frau Dr. Wellnitz ausreichend Zeit genommen, mir sehr gute Tips gegeben und alle Rückfragen sogar abschließend verständlich und anhand eines künstlichen Gebisses und Grafiken erklärt. Sehr zu empfehlen - habe somit endlich den Zahnarzt meines Vertrauens gefunden. Vielen Dank und weiter so!
