Ich war bereits zum Entfernen meiner Weisheitszähne bei Herrn Dr. Apostolescu. Das war so gut, dass ich gänzlich dorthin wechseln wollte. Nun hatte ich eine professionelle Zahnreinigung und Kontrolluntersuchung. So weit so gut, bis die Rechnung ins Haus flatterte. Über 200€ für eine halbe Stunde vor Ort. Es sind Leistungen aufgeführt, die ich nie wollte und wenn man die Begründung für die hohen Kosten liest, wird einem übel. Ich gehe sehr gewissenhaft mit meinen Zähnen um und bin regelmäßig bei der PZR. Auf Nachfragen zur Rechnung wird nicht geantwortet - diese Praxis werde ich künftig meiden.
Ich bin absolut begeistert von Dr. Apostolescu und seinem großartigen Team! Ich hatte früher große Angst vor dem Zahnarzt, aber hier fühle ich mich sicher und bestens aufgehoben. Ob Zahnextraktion, Implantat oder andere Behandlungen – alles wurde mit viel Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und höchster Professionalität durchgeführt. Das gesamte Team ist freundlich, herzlich und arbeitet mit echter Leidenschaft. Eine Praxis, der ich voll und ganz vertraue – einfach ein Team von Millionen! An einige Zahnärzte habe ich schlimme Erinnerungen. Laut, hektisch, unfreundlich. Umso zufriedener bin ich mit dieser Praxis. Sie ist so gut organisiert, dass man nie lange warten muss, ein freundliches und kompetentes Team. Vor allem geht es immer ruhig und ohne unnötigen Stress zu. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Der beste Zahnarzt den ich je hatte. Ich bin eher durch Zufall zu Dr. Apostolescu gekommen. Und nun schon seit 15 Jahren dort. Ich fühle mich super aufgehoben. Ingesamt durchweg positiver Eindruck. Die Arzthelferinnen waren sehr nett, verbunden mit kurzer Wartezeit. Das Gespräch mit Dr. Apostolescu war informativ und er hat einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck gemacht. Die Behandlung (Weisheitszähne entfernen) war angenehm (für das, was es nunmal ist) und man hat sich in guten Händen aufgenommen gefühlt.
Bin sehr zufrieden: gute Informationen vor der Behandlung, sehr netter Umgang, absolut schmerzfreie Behandlung (auch die Zahnsäuberung durch die Zahnarzthelferin) - mit besten Resultaten - kann ich sehr empfehlen. Dr. Apostolescu ist seit einigen Jahren mein Zahnarzt in Hamburg (nach Umzug) - auch für meine Familie.
Bin ein eher unkomplizierter Zahnpatient und habe wenig Zahnprobleme. In dieser Praxis freue ich mich daher, dass die Untersuchung zielgerichtet durchgeführt wird, keine Probleme gesucht werden, wo ich keine habe, und ich präzise Informationen zu optimierter Zahnpflege etc. erhalte. Alles auf den Punkt und ohne unnötige Ausschweifungen. Darüber hinaus eine angenehme Umgebung und ein sympathischer Umgang.
