Der beste Zahnarzt, den ich bisher hatte. Aufgrund mehrerer Probleme mit meinen Zähnen, die aus früheren Behandlungen bei anderen Zahnärzten resultierten, bin ich auf Empfehlung bei Dr. Reetz gelandet. Er hat sich immer viel Zeit genommen und sehr gewissenhaft und äußerst präzise gearbeitet. Besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen. Und unglaublich ist das Terminmanagement. Ich habe noch nie länger als 15 Minuten warten müssen. In 90% der Fälle war ich sogar direkt zum vereinbarten Termin dran. Chapeau!

Fachlich gut. Mit der aus meiner Sicht stark überteuerten Abrechnung war ich nicht einverstanden. Für eine zweistündige Paradontose-/Zahnsteinentfernungsbehandlung habe ich über 800 EUR bezahlt (keine Betäubung etc.). Unbedingt vorher über zu erwartende Kosten auklären lassen oder am besten gleich einen anderen Zahnarzt suchen. Der Arzt selbst fühlt sich bei Kosten unter 1.000 EUR nicht dazu berufen, diese vorab zu thematisieren. Die PKV würde das schon bezahlen. Entspricht nicht meiner Geschäftsethik. Ich wüsste gerne vorher, was es kostet, dann kann man sich immernoch entscheiden, ob man die Behandlung trotzdem in Anspruch nehmen will.
