Mit der Zahnbehandlung war ich fachlich zufrieden. Auch der Umgang vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm – insgesamt fühlt man sich gut betreut.
Umso mehr hat mich der Umgang mit einem einmalig versäumten Termin überrascht. Ich lege grundsätzlich großen Wert darauf, meine Termine einzuhalten, und verpasse diese nicht absichtlich. In diesem Fall war es ein Versehen. Dennoch erhielt ich direkt eine Rechnung über 60 € als Ausfallhonorar.
Auf meine Rückfrage wurde mir der unterschriebene Anmeldebogen mit der entsprechenden Klausel zugesendet. Formal ist das natürlich nachvollziehbar. Die als „dringend“ gekennzeichnete E-Mail mit dem Hinweis „Wir bitten daher um Ausgleich der Rechnung und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen.“ wirkte auf mich jedoch etwas befremdlich.
Mein Eindruck ist daher: Fachlich gute Behandlung und sehr freundlicher Umgang – bei einem einmaligen Fehler sollte man hier allerdings nicht mit Kulanz rechnen.

Frau Dr. Montén ist eine hervorragend ausgebildete, kompetente und einfühlsame Ärztin. Nachdem mein Zahnarzt in den Ruhestand gegangen ist und ich bei zwei anderen Ärzten schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, habe ich nun endlich "meine" Zahnärztin gefunden, der ich voll und ganz vertrauen kann. Sie hat eine völlig schmerzfreie Paradontose Behandlung durchgeführt mit dem Ergebnis, dass sich die Zahnfleischtaschentiefe (bis auf 4 Backenzähne) auf ein normales Niveau (1-3) eingependelt hat. Auch hat sie eine gutartige Geschwulst am Zahnfleisch aufgrund einer massiven Entzündung im Mund erfolgreich wegoperiert (da hatte sich kein anderer Zahnarzt herangetraut). Die Prophylaxe lasse ich alle halben Jahre machen - auch hier trifft man auf freundliche, gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Team sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll - auch bei Angstpatienten wie mir. Vielen Dank! Daniela K.
