Bin vor einiger Zeit in die Praxis zu Frau Dr. Asseln gewechselt und habe meine alten Füllungen austauschen lassen. Alles top gelaufen. Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Vorgehen. Klare Empfehlung.
In der Praxis von Frau Dr. Asseln fühle ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Sie und ihr Team arbeiten sehr genau. Schon beim Reinkommen fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Hier wird die Persönlichkeit eines jeden Patienten groß geschrieben. Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen sind immer sehr bemüht jedem Patienten schnellstmöglich einen Termin zu geben. Die Terminvergaben laufen sehr strukturiert, so dass das überfüllte Wartezimmer und ein langes Warten ausbleibt. Zwischen Privat- und gesetzlich Versicherten wird, außer in der Abrechnung, kein Unterschied gemacht. Da die Praxis ein kleineres Unternehmen ist, wird empfohlen, bei Terminen zeitliche Flexibilität mitzubringen. Es kann auch mal vorkommen, dass Termine verschoben werden müssen. Frau Asseln nimmt sich Zeit für jeden Patienten; bei Kontrollen und der Behandlung ist sie sehr sorgfältig. Bei mir mussten einige Füllungen erneuert werden. Sie schafft es die Komposit Füllung so zu modellieren, dass sie kaum im Mund als solche auffallen. Danke für die Behandlungen, Kontrollen, Empfehlungen und die Zeit, die Sie sich schon genommen haben.
Zahnreinigung + angeblich nötigen Zweittermin (Hohe Kosten) wurde nur mangelhaft bei mir gemacht. Aufgefallen ist das nur, weil ich eine zeitnahe Überweisung zum Kiefer Chirurgen von Frau Asseln bekommen habe, der das dann festgestellt hat. Das ist auch auf der dort gemachten Röntgen Aufnahme gut zu sehen. Diese wurde der Praxis von Frau Asseln auch zugeschickt. Das interessierte ihre Praxis aber nicht. Die findet ihre Rechnung und Leistung trotzdem gut. Ein zweiter von mir aufgesuchter Zahnarzt hat dann nochmal die mangelhafte und viel zu teure Behandlung bestätigt. Als Krönung kommt noch oben drauf, das Frau Asseln beim geplanten nächsten Termin eine Kunststoff Füllung erneuern wollte. Für eine Zuzahlung von mir für 150 Euro. Der Kiefer Chirurg und der von mir aufgesuchte zweite Zahnarzt haben beide festgestellt, daß die Füllung nicht erneuert werden braucht, da alles so gut ist. Ob das abzocken ist oder nicht, möge jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.
Was soll ich sagen super Praxis!! Hab mich gleich von der 1. Minute Wohl gefühlt .Super nette Praxis Mitarbeiter, Alles Picobello sauber. Die Zahnärzten hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und wirkt sehr kompetent. Ich kann die Praxis nur weiter empfehlen🤙🤙🤙
Grundsätzlich würde ich gerne auf jeden Zahnarzttermin verzichten, aber bei Frau Dr. Asseln und dem ganzen Team fühle ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben.
Einfach eine wunderbare Zahnärztin! Nimmt sich Zeit für Beratung, ist empathisch und überaus freundlich, dabei auch noch sehr kompetent. Sehr einfühlsam bei Kindern aber auch bei ängstlichen Erwachsenen:)
