GoogleSeit langer Zeit bin ich Patientin bei Frau Mende. Heute möchte ich mich bei ihr und ihrem Team herzlich bedanken. Als Angstpatientin fühle ich mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben und man versteht es hier sehr gut, mir die Angst zu nehmen. Frau Mende und ihre Damen sind sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Es werden keine unnötigen Eingriffe bzw. Behandlungen gemacht und vor allen Dingen wird versucht, den Zahn zu behalten. Alles wird sehr gut erklärt und ist transparent. Herzlichen Dank.
Enttäuschende Erfahrung - falsche Diagnose und veraltetes Equipment Ich hatte leider eine sehr negative Erfahrung in dieser Zahnarztpraxis. Schon beim Betreten wirkte die Ausstattung altmodisch, was mich zunächst stutzig machte. Während der Untersuchung hatte ich das Gefühl, dass das Equipment nicht auf dem neuesten Stand ist, was mir auch bei der Behandlung selbst auffiel. -Kein 3D Scann - nur ein altes Röntgen Gerät- Besonders ärgerlich war jedoch die Fehldiagnose: Erst ein anderer Zahnarzt hat das eigentliche Problem festgestellt! Das hätte böse enden können. Leider kann ich diese Praxis nicht empfehlen und würde jedem raten, sich eine Zweitmeinung einzuholen, bevor man hier teure Behandlungen durchführen lässt. Ist übrigens kein Zahnarztpraxis bzw. fehlt der Dr. Titel.
Ich werde hier seit Februar 2020 behandelt. Leider kann ich nicht ein paar Sterne mehr vergeben. Die Ärztin kommt wie aus dem Lehrbuch daher, so wünsche ich mir eine kompetente Behandlung. Dabei stets freundlich und menschlich zugewandt, ohne distanzlos zu wirken. Professionelle Arbeit eben. Eine solche Person versammelt dann auch die besten Mitarbeiter um sich herum und auch hier passt wieder alles. Ob am Tresen oder in der Assistenz, ich fühle mich hier - als ehemals Angstpatient - bestens aufgehoben. Klingt jetzt schon beinahe übertrieben. Deshalb soll auch eine negative Erfahrung nicht verschwiegen werden. Es hat einmal geregnet .... auf dem Weg hierher 😉 Aber das kriegen sie auch noch auf die Reihe. Ganz sicher.
Hier fühlt man sich aufgehoben. Frau Mende und ihr Team sind super eingespielt und verstehen ihr Handwerk. Hohe Priorität hat bei Frau Mende die Zahnerhaltung. Ein Zahnarzt den ich gerne weiterempfehle.
Ich habe immer Angst vor dem Zahnarzt gehabt, doch in dieser Praxis wurden sie mir genommen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich den Zahn zu erhalten. Ich möchte mich bei dem Team bedanken.
