GoogleIch bin seit über zehn Jahren in der Praxis von Frau Dr. Herzog, auch mein Ehefrau, die Angstpatientin ist. Besonders für sie war die Zahnärztin der einen Segen, und für mich immer hilfreich. Die Zahnreinigung erfolgt ebenso kompetent und nicht überteuert. Fünf Punkte mit Sternen
Die Erst Aufnahme war super und motiviert ihre Patienten in dem sie auch erklärt welche Behandlungen gemacht werden, die Zahnärztin bringt es so entspannt rüber, das man sich keine Sorgen machen muss und sämtliche Ängste verloren gehen. Im Behandlungszimmer hört man entspanntes Vogelgezwitscher, welches ebenfalls nochmal ein beruhigenden gibt. Ich freue mich riesig auf die weiteren Termine. Eine Zahnärztin wo man das Gefühl bekommt dass, sie es mit Leidenschaft durchführt.
Ein tolles und vor allem freundliches Team. Einen Termin zu bekommen funktioniert unkompliziert und schnell und warten im Wartezimmer musste ich noch nie länger als 10 min! Die Praxis ist wunderschön eingerichtet und den Behandlungsraum schmückt ein tolles Gemälde, das einen von jeglichem unangenehmen Bohren ablenkt
Der beste Zahnarzt Berlins, dem kann ich nur zustimmen. Sehr freundliche Damen, alle 3 verschiedene, ihrem Job angepasste, Charaktere mit viel Liebe zum Job. Zu Weihnachten gibt es eine liebevolle Karte nach Hause. Zähneputzen ist dank Einmalzahnbürsten und 2 verschiedene Zahnpasten möglich. Alle Räume sind sehr hell und sauber. Ich habe eine wirklich komplizierte Behandlung gehabt, welche die 3 Damen mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen und kurzweiliger Professionalität gehändelt haben.
Fachkompetenz hervorragend, Ambiente sehr angenehm, immer kurze Wartezeit, absolut empfehlenswert:-)
Ich kann nicht in Worte fassen wie wohl ich mich bei Frau Dr. Herzog fühle.. Sie nimmt sich wirklich viel Zeit für ihre Patientin,sowas gibt's leider garnicht oft.. Ihre Arbeit ist unfassbar gut 👍 👍 👍 eine herzensempfehlung ❤️👍
Ich war jetzt ein zweites Mal bei Frau Dr. Schomaker zur "Reparatur". Und sie hat auch ein zweites Mal sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Übrigens: Auf Wunsch wird Ihre Behandlung auch musikalisch untermalt.
Ich wurde unfreundlich abgewiesen und mein Termin wurde durch ein anderen Patienten besetzt. Ich hätte mir einen neuen Termin geben lassen können, aber zum Glück gibt es noch andere Ärzte, die die Termine der Patienten wirklich wahrnehmen. Fazit. Diese Ärztin kann ich nicht empfehlen.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und sehr geduldig, optimal schon auf den Patienten eingestellt und bereit, helfen zu wollen, deshalb 5 Sterne.
Heute war unser erster Besuch. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches Team. Gute Beratung.

Very Disappointed! Dr Schomaker dealt with two of my lower molars. During the entire procedure, she was more interested in talking about weddings dresses with her help than making sure I'm comfortable, all is ok and I'm not getting drowned with my own saliva and water from the drill. The filling she used for my lower 6th molar stuck on the entire surface of the 5th tooth as well. When I asked her to remove it, she said it will fall off - but here we are a year later and it's still on top of the other healthy tooth. She removed a bit of the misplaced filling on the 4th molar by using that tool she used for bohren, creating a drilled pocket between my healthy other tooth and my gums - all of the food always gets stuck there and it's SO ANNOYING. She was treating the no 6 tooth, mind you and the extra filling was splattered all over my other teeth surrounding it. How is it even possible??
