Vriendelijke huisarts, neemt altijd de tijd en helpen zo goed mogelijk. De telefoniste laat soms op zich wachten als het druk is, wat begrijpelijk is. Handig dat je online zelf afspraken kunt plannen en recepten kunt bestellen

Lange wachttijden , Buiten dat voel ik mij niet gehoord, Bij zichtbare klachten moet je foto's maken en via mail versturen ? Word steeds onmenselijker tegenwoordig. Dan ben ik nog van middelbare leeftijd....hoe moet de nog oudere generatie dit voor elkaar krijgen ?

Artsen zeer vriendelijk en deskundig, Enig nadeel, als je een dokter nodig hebt krijg je heel vaak te horen dat er geen plaats is die dag. Zeer vervelend., ga niet naar een huisarts als ik niks heb. Misschien te groot aan het worden. Helaas.
Directe goede en deskundige betrokken hulp gekregen van huisarts die grote moeite deed om SEH aanvraag snel te regelen voor Loek die twee vingers flink beschadigd had nadat hij met zijn vingers tussen wieltje van winkelkar was gekomen

De medewerkers achter de balie denken dat zij de patiënt zijn en jij de medewerker achter de balie! Ben daar weggegaan naar huisartsenpraktijk waar je fatsoenlijk wordt geholpen.
Artsen zijn prima. Bereikbaarheid is een dingetje. De wachtlijn triggert irritatie. "wist u ............" en de bijbehorende muziek wordt vals afgespeeld. Met een kleine ingreep is dit te verhelpen.
