GoogleIch ging hinein und sagte deutlich: „Ich habe Zahnschmerzen.“ Die Angestellte fragte nicht nach, was genau ich meine, und sagte auch nicht, worauf sie spezialisiert sind. Sie gab mir einen Termin, und ich wartete etwa einen Monat, um dann dort zu erfahren, dass sie nur eine kieferorthopädische Praxis sind.
Hände weg von dieser Praxis! Nachdem nach 5,5 Jahren! immer noch kein Ende in Sicht war habe ich die Reissleine gezogen und bin zu einem anderen Arzt mit meinem Sohn. Die Praxis glaubt nach über 5000€ (KstV lag bei 3600€) noch immer Geld bekommen zu müssen, obwohl kostspielige Posten noch gar nicht durchgeführt wurden. In der ganzen Zeit haben wir nie eine Rechnungsaufstellung gesehen. Da sie sich bei mir als Verrtragspartnerin die Zähne ausbissen, haben die nun ernsthaft meinem Sohn zu einer eidesstattlichen Versicherung zwingen wollen (er war damals bei Vertragsabschluss 11 und NIE Vertragspartner, nur Patient) - und nun sogar einen Haftbefehl gegen den Jungen !!!! Diese Praxis hat ihren Ruf nicht umsonst weg - hier verschwinden auch regelmäßig negative Bewertungen, von denen es massig gab und gibt. Nicht umsonst gibt es gerade mal 5! Meinungen in 9 Jahren ... Ich kann nur raten - sucht euch ne Praxis die euch nicht nur das Geld aus der Tasche zieht! Oder euer Kind verhaften lassen würde für 200€, um die es geht.
Ich kann dise praxis wirklich empfehlen alles geht super schnell und sie haben sehr freundliche mitarbeiter und wenn etwas passiert ist einfach hingehen und repearieren lassen.
Eine sehr moderne Praxis mit guter Beratung durch sehr freundliches Personal. Kann (mache ich bereits) diese Praxis nur weiterempfehlen.
