Diese Bewertung gilt nur für die "nette" ZFA die am 24.11.22 um 1 Uhr morgens im Notdienst den Anruf entgegen genommen hat. Ich bin selbst ZFA und weiß leider was "Notdienst" bedeutet. Hab für meinen Mann angerufen. Starke Schmerzen an Zahn 46, Situation in Fachwörtern erklärt. Ihre Aussage "Ja ne, wissen sie wie lange es dauert bis alle in der Praxis sind? Das dauert sicher bis 3 oder 4 Uhr. Wollen sie nicht lieber zu ihren Zahnarzt gehen?" Willst du mich verarschen? 7h mit Schmerzen noch warten? Und Schätzchen, für den Notdienst braucht man höchstens 2 Helferinnen wenn überhaupt und den Arzt. Weiß ja nicht wieso alle aus der Praxis auftauchen müssen für eine WF aber hab schon verstanden. Hab sogar angeboten selbst zu assistieren. Man kann einfach sagen das man keinen Bock auf einen Patienten um 1 Uhr Morgens hat, aber diese dreckige Ausrede ist einfach nur unter aller Sau. Musste dann nach Simmerath fahren, der Arzt war alleine, für ihn war es kein Problem das wir aus Herzogenrath 40min zu ihn brauchen. Hoffe Herr Van Der Streaten liest diese Nachricht. Werde das bei der KZV melden.

Kann nur von dieser Zahnarztpraxis abraten.
Sie hatten am 23.04.2021 Notdienst nachdem ich dort angerufen hatte, wurde mir gesagt, dass die not Sprechstunde geschlossen wäre seit 18 Uhr (Anruf um 18:03 aus Düren) . In akuten Fällen sollte man sich an eine Handynummer wenden. Diese rief ich dann auch an und schilderte mein Problem. Der Herr sagte mir daraufhin das keine Sprechstunde mehr wäre. Ich sagte ihm daraufhin, dass es wirklich starke Schmerzen wären und was ich denn tun sollte, woraufhin er anfing zu lachen und meinte das das so nicht gehen würde ich solle bis zum nächsten Morgen warten. Es könnte ja nicht so schlimm sein.
Werde nun die allgemeine notfallpraxis am dürener Krankenhaus aufsuchen. Außerdem werde ich auch umgehend die Bundeszahnärztekammer konsultieren um über diesen Kollegen Beschwerde einzulegen.
