GoogleDas gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich und ernsthaft daran interessiert einem zu helfen. Man hätte meine Behandlung fürs Geld sicherlich noch in die Länge ziehen können. Stattdessen wurde mein Behandlungsplan aufgrund des guten Verlaufs sogar noch zeitlich verkürzt/beschleunigt und es wurde der Erfolg beglückwünscht. Die Wartezeiten waren nie länger als 10min. Ich kann diese Praxis nur wärmstens empfehlen und mit dem Ergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Ich bin dort nicht in Behandlung, aber Dr. Baumfalk ist die Urlaubsvertretung für meine KFO. Das Breckit meines Sohn hat sich gelöst, da er nicht zu Hause, sondern im Urlaub, rief ich dort was jetzt am Besten zu tun wäre. Frau Nickels ging ans Telefon und beriet mich sehr gut. GANZ GROSSES LOB an diese Frau wie cool und professionell kann man sein !? 🤞🏽😄 Ich hatte das Gefühl mit einer Freundin, die ich seit Jahren kenne, zu telefonieren. Mit meiner Behandlung bei Dr. Baumfalk bin ich absolut zufrieden. Sowohl sie selbst als auch ihr Personal sind sehr freundlich und kompetent, und ich hatte hier nie das Gefühl, dass einem, wie bei anderen Ärzten bereits des Öfteren erlebt, unnötige und teure Behandlungen aufgeschwatzt werden. Dr. Baumfalk hält sich an ihre Kostenvoranschläge und macht nicht nur das Nötigste, sondern ist spürbar selbst an einem guten Ergebnis interessiert. Ich kann die Praxis nur weiterempfehlen und loben! Ich bin zu der Praxis gewechselt und habe es zu keiner Sekunde bereut, sondern sofort den positiven Unterschied zu der voherigen Praxis bemerkt. Die Praxis ist fachlich sehr kompetent und alles was an meinen Zähnen gemacht wurde, wurde fachlich sehr gut nachvollziehbar begründet bzw. ich wurde in allen Hinsichten sehr gut beraten! Die Behandlung erfolgte zügig. Das Team ist sehr gut organisiert und hat einen hohen Anspruch an der Qualität ihrer Arbeit (das bemerkte ich jedenfalls). Zudem werden Anliegen in einer rasanten Geschwindigkeit bearbeitet (auch in der aktuellen Lage). Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung gehört für das Praxisteam zur Selbstverständlichkeit und ich fühlte mich dort sehr wohl und willkommen. Danke!
Wir waren mit beiden Kindern bei Frau Baumfalk in Behandlung. Bei einem war es komplizierter, beim anderen die "normale" Spange. Es hat bei Beiden von der Beratung bis zum Abschlussgespräch alles super geklappt. Freundlich, individuell, flexibel, kompetent. Auch die Sprechstundenhelferinnen waren immer freundlich und kompetent. Auch wenn die Kinder mal einen Termin versäumt haben oder zu spät kamen. Super vielen Dank dafür 👍

Ich war ein reichliches Jahr als erwachsene Patientin bei Frau Dr. Baumfalk zur Korrektur des Unterkiefers in Behandlung. Das Praxisteam und sie selbst ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen in der Praxis. Die Wartezeit betrug nie länger als zehn Minuten mit festem Termin. Am Anfang der Behandlung wurde ein Kostenplan entworfen, der nach erfolgreichem Ende der Behandlung zu meiner Freude noch unter der veranschlagten Summe blieb. Last but not least: Mit ihrer fachlichen Kompetenz habe ich mich immer in guter Behandlung gefühlt und das Ergebnis kann sich definitiv sehen lassen.
Mit meinen beiden Kindern bin ich jahrelang bei Frau Baumfalk gewesen - eine tolle Praxis und eine sehr nette, kompetente Kiefernorthopädin, die uns alles immer genau erklärt hat. Wir sind mit der Behandlung und dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. An das ganze Team vielen Dank!

Ich schreibe diesen Bericht hier als Vater von 2 Kindern, die bei Frau Baumfalk in Behandlung sind. Die Praxisräume sind freundlich und einladend und das Personal ist immer sehr zuvorkommend. Frau Baumfalk versteht, sich auf Kinder einzulassen und in der Tat gehen die Beiden gern dorthin. Was will man mehr?
Ich war ein halbes Jahr bei Frau Dr. Baumfalk in Behandlung, um die Fehlstellung eines Schneidezahns mit Brackets zu korrigieren. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden - sowohl ästhetisch, als auch finanziell. Auch mein Sohn ist dort in Behandlung und das Resultat ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Ich kann die Praxis jeden, der sich eine kiefernorthopädische Behandlung wünscht, Wärmstens empfehlen - egal ob jung oder alt.
