Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Behandlung bei Kiefer Orthopädie. Yanina ist äußerst professionell und hat jeden Schritt vor und während der Behandlung klar erklärt, Entscheidungen wurden immer gemeinsam getroffen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die moderne Hightech-Ausstattung, mit der der Behandlungsverlauf gescannt, modelliert und präzise vorausgeplant wurde. Alles lief im Zeit- und Kostenrahmen. Sie arbeitet sehr sorgfältig und ist dabei immer freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Ergebnis ist großartig – ich bin wirklich sehr glücklich!

Unser Kind war 3 Jahre bei Frau Ketzelman in Behandlung. Die Zusammenarbeit war stets sehr angenehm. Unser Kind hat sich sehr wohl & gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, gut & transparent informiert zu sein bzgl. der Behandlungsoptionen und auch der Kosten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und sehr dankbar für die gute Betreuung.

Ich dachte immer Ärzte helfen anderen Menschen. Meine Tochter war heute in Steglitz unterwegs und ihr ist der Gummi ihrer Zahnspange gerissen. Sie ist in die Praxis gegangen und hat nach einem Gummi gefragt. Sie hätte ihn auch bezahlt, ist aber weggeschickt worden, weil sie keine Patientin der Praxis ist. Das ist einfach unglaublich. Solche Gummis erhält man leider nicht in Apotheken oder Drogerien und man ist auf die Kiefernorthopäden oder den Versandhandel angewiesen. Von einer Arztpraxis erwarte ich einfach Hilfe in solchen Fällen.

Wir sind mit der Arbeit von Frau Ketzelman sehr zufrieden. Es war ein längerer Weg, durch den sie uns stets freundlich und kompetent geführt hat. Vielen Dank für die stets achtsame Begleitung und das tolle Ergebnis!

Meine Kinder stehen kurz vor dem Abschluss ihrer Behandlung bei Frau Ketzelman. Bei meinem 15 – Jährigen Sohn und meiner 19 – Jährigen Tochter war wirklich viel zu machen. Frau Ketzelman hat sehr gute Arbeit geleistet und nicht gezögert, auch Hilfe vom orthopädischen Chirurgen anzufordern, um das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu erzielen. Sie nahm sich immer viel Zeit und mir als Vater hat sie auch alles gut erklärt. Sie arbeitet professionell und macht alles selbst, wodurch nicht die Gefahr besteht, dass unerfahrene Mitarbeiter das schöne Ergebnis kaputt machen. Insgesamt zeichnet Frau Ketzelman ihre langjährige Erfahrung und Professionalität aus. Termine bekommt man leicht und schnell. Daher würde ich Frau Ketzelman zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Nach der abgeschlossenen Behandlung bei Frau Ketzelman kann ich ihre Dienstleistung vom Herzen empfehlen. Sie war immer sehr engagiert, um das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu erzielen. Sie engagierte auch ein Kolleg*innen-Team zur Konsultation um sicherzugehen, dass die von ihr erwegte Variante die beste ist. Die Termine hat sie sehr schnell und flexibel vergeben, auch im Fall von unvorhergesehenen Entwicklungen. Ich hatte stets das Gefühl, bei ihr gut aufgehoben zu sein und habe mich auf unsere Termine immer sehr gefreut.

Nachdem der eigentliche Kieferorthopäde meiner Tochter von heute auf morgen aufgehört hat und verschwunden ist, haben wir zum Glück Frau Dr Ketzelmann gefunden und sie hat die Behandlung kompetent weiter geführt. Die Zähne meiner Tochter sind super geworden, obwohl es anfangs schwierig aussah. Es gab keine langen Wartezeiten und wir wurden immer freundlich empfangen, Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Extremst kompetente und nette Ärztin, hat meine Zähne innerhalb von zwei Jahren unglaublich verbessert, da ich davor für mehrere Jahre bei einer KFO-Praxis war, die mich nahezu garnicht behandelt hat. Kann mir keine fähigere Kieferorthopädin vorstellen

Yanina Ketzelman ist eine engagierte, äußerst kompetente und fürsorgliche Fachkraft. Sie hat meine Tochter über einen Zeitraum von mehr als zwei Jahren behandelt. In dieser Zeit hat Yanina die Zahnstellung und den Biss meiner Tochter sorgfältig korrigiert und dabei auch die Komplikation eines Milchzahns berücksichtigt, unter dem sich kein bleibender/erwachsener Zahn befindet. Für mich ist es wichtig, dass Ärzte sowohl kompetent als auch menschlich sind. Und Yanina hat beide Qualitäten in Hülle und Fülle. Es war sehr einfach, mit ihr umzugehen, und sie hat jeden Schritt des Prozesses sehr gut erklärt. Auch die Tatsache, dass sie fließend Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch spricht, ist ein großes Plus, besonders für zweisprachige Familien. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Yanina me sugirió probar con Invisalign y menos de un año más tarde estoy terminando mi tratamiento con resultados más que satisfactorios. Muy recomendable. Estamos en la segunda parte de la ortodoncia de mi hijo, la primera fue con aparatos móviles ni bien llegamos a Berlín, y ahora estamos comenzando con ortodoncia fija. Todo excelente. Mi hijo estaba muy asustado porque le habían dicho que le iba a doler muchísimo, etc , y no solo no tiene molestias sino está encantado. Él le pondría mil estrellas a Yanina. Algo importante, vivimos a casi una hora y la a seguimos eligiendo, es clara, profesional y re contra puntual.

My ortho treatment here in Berlin did not go well until I met Dr. Ketzelman, My treatment was at the end before I came to Berlin, I went to two places, they told me to take my braces off and offer a very high prices. But Dr.Ketzelman offer a reasonable price and continue my treatment based on my own, the treatment went well. After almost half a year, I was told to finish treatment after about 1 month. Thanks to Dr. Ketzelman, I could finish my treatment well and without paying a high bills.

Comencé el tratamiento con una sonrisa desaliñada debido a la posición irregular de mis dientes Pocos meses después de empezar a usar los alineadores de Invisalign ya se podian ver los cambios. Hoy, habiendo finalizado el tratamiento, puedo decir que el resultado es excelente. También me ayudo a mejorar la mordida.
