Gestern hatte ich meine Weisheitszahn OP, alle vier Zähne auf einmal, und ich war ehrlich gesagt ziemlich nervös. Aber das Team war einfach großartig! Super herzlich, gut organisiert und total professionell. Ich hab mich richtig gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Was mich total überrascht hat : Heute, einen Tag später, habe ich weder Schmerzen noch Schwellungen. Hätte nie gedacht, dass es mir nach so einem Eingriff so gut gehen würde.
Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, ihr habt echt einen tollen Job gemacht! Ich kann euch von Herzen weiterempfehlen. vorallem Fr Dr. Hartzung

Der Medikamentenstreifen wurde beim Ziehen der Fäden in der Wunde vergessen! Er blieb wochenlang darin liegen, bis es mir auffiel, weil die Wunde nicht verheilte und der Streifen langsam herauskam. Der Fehler ist für mich schwer nachvollziehbar, da das Ziehen der Fäden und das Entfernen des Streifens ein Routinevorgang ist.
Weder die Assistenzärztin, die mir vor der OP die Spritze gegeben und später die Fäden gezogen hat, noch die Chirurgin haben sich namentlich bei mir vorgestellt. Ich wusste zunächst gar nicht, mit wem ich es zu tun hatte und wer mich operieren würde.
Die Zahnarzthelferinnen und die Damen an der Rezeption waren die einzigen, die auf mich einen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck gemacht haben.
Meinen Zahnersatz werde ich woanders machen lassen. Ein äußerst negatives Erlebnis.
