GoogleErstmal trotz Termin 30 Minuten gewartet und dabei auf den Aufsteller im Warteraum gestarrt, auf dem je angefangener 15 Minuten Verspätung 20 Euro Vertragsstrafe angedroht werden. Bei der anschließenden Untersuchung sorgte die Frage nach Einsicht in den Behandlungsplan, welcher nach 10 minütiger Untersuchung erstellt und umgehend an die KK gehen sollte, sichtlich für Irritation und wurde letztlich mit fadenscheinigen rechtlichen Begründungen abgelehnt.
Diese Praxis ist nicht zu empfehlen. Lange Wartezeiten trotz Termin, unfreundliches und hochnäsiges Personal und schlechte bis gar keine Aufklärung. Die Kinder, wenn sie alleine hingehen, lassen sie besonders lange warten und reden dann auch noch schlecht über die Eltern. Nicht einmal fast achtzehnjährige Kinder werden dort respektvoll und wie Erwachsene behandelt. Zudem gehen die Brackets häufig kaputt, die Schienen brechen oder es werde Drähte von Azubis falsch eingesetzt. Natürlich sind dann stets die kleinen Patienten schuld. Alles in allem bereuen wir, dass wir für die sehr kostspielige und langjährige Behandlung nicht woanders hingegangen sind.
