Die teils negativen Bewertungen kann ich weder bestätigen noch verstehen. Das Team ist sowohl am Telefon, als auch vor Ort sehr nett und kompetent! Lange Wartezeiten hatte ich bisher auch nicht. Beim Termin kam ich immer sehr zügig dran!
Also den vorhergehenden Bewertungen kann ich nicht zustimmen. Meine Kinder wurden sehr gut behandelt, von daher kann ich diese Praxis mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Aus diesem Grunde muss ich jetzt auf die letzte Beurteilung von Frau Fraser nochmals eingehen, da sie meine Bewertung kritisiert weil ich eine Mitarbeiterin bin, nur steht das in keinem Gesetz, dass ich diese Praxis, die meine Kinder behandelten , nicht bewerten darf. Frau Fraser , Ihre Bewertung lässt keine Rückschlüsse auf die Qualität der Praxis zu, hat mit Bewertung nichts zu tun, Sie waren und sind noch nicht einmal Patient dieser Praxis.
Ich bin umgezogen und habe demnach nach einer neuen Kieferorthopädin gesucht, da mein Retainer etwas Instandhaltung brauchte. Innerhalb einer Woche hatte ich einen Termin und wurde bestens behandelt. Keine lange Wartezeiten und die Mitarbeiterinnen sind super lieb. Bisher kann ich die Praxis nur weiterempfehlen :)
