GoogleIch habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt bei den Behandlungen. Die Praxis ist sauber. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr nett und aufmerksam. Kurze Wartezeit. Frau Kiewel geht auf die Bedürfnisse und Beschwerden ein. Dass eine Zahnreinigung eine „Pflicht“ ist, um behandelt zu werden, wie es in anderen Bewertungen zuvor steht, ist Unsinn. Die Praxis ist gut mit Auto und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert.
Ich habe hier kürzlich eine Zahnreinigung durchführen lassen. Mir ist die Sauberkeit der Praxis sowie die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen positiv aufgefallen. Frau Kiewel hat sich die Zeit genommen um mein Zahnstatus zu überprüfen. Eine unnötige Therapie wurde mir nicht empfohlen. Ich würde die Praxis weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Praxis!
Ich kann diese Zahnarztpraxis absolut nicht empfehlen. Nach meiner persönlichen Erfahrung ging es dort mehr um Geld als um eine wirklich sorgfältige Behandlung. Die Qualität der Arbeit war für mich sehr unzufriedenstellend. Ich habe meine Zähne dort machen lassen und kann seitdem nicht einmal problemlos in einen Apfel beißen. Das ist für mich extrem enttäuschend. Auch die Kommunikation – besonders von Frau Kiewel – habe ich als respektlos und wenig patientenorientiert empfunden. Ehrlich gesagt ist ein Stern schon zu viel für das, was ich dort erlebt habe. Auf Grundlage meiner Erfahrung würde ich diese Praxis nicht weiterempfehlen.
1 Stern ist leider wirklich schon zu viel. Die Zahnärztin, wenn man sie so nennen kann, geht sehr schlecht mit ihren Mitarbeitern und mit den Patienten um. Noch dazu geht es nur ums Geld, eine Zahnreinigung ist leider immer eine Voraussetzung für eine Behandlung, klar weil man sie selbst zahlen muss. Wenn man nicht auf die „Wünsche“ oder Empfehlung der Zahnärztin eingeht wird man sehr schnell abgespeist. Wenn ihr einen kompetenten Zahnarzt möchtet, dem das Wohl der Patienten an erster Stelle steht, seid ihr bei der Frau Kiewel an der falschen Adresse…
Die Zahnarztpraxis ist echt enttäuschend man bekommt Termine und die Termine werden von den Zahnarztpraxis nicht respektiert, ich habe mehr als eine halbe Stunde gewartet, und am Ende musste ich doch ein neuen Termin mit denen vereinbaren, so als hätte ich nur Zeit für sie, Mein erster Termin dort wollte ich mein Zahn behandeln lassen, leider nahmen sie mir ein anderen Zahn raus wo ich keine Schmerzen hatte, und ich stehe immer noch mit mein Zahn Problem. Ich empfehle niemanden dort zu gehen, denn dieser zahnarzt ist eine null als zahnarzt. Denen geht es dort glaube ich nur ums Geld.
Sehr freundliche, einfühlsame und kompetente Zahnärztin mit einem supernetten Team. Die Praxis ist schön gestaltet, und man wartet nie lange. Auch mit Kindern geht Frau Dr. Kiewel sehr lieb um. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen!
Extrem enttäuschend. Das Personal wird respektlos behandelt, und die Organisation wirkt völlig inkompetent. Hier geht es nur ums Geld, nicht um Qualität oder Respekt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Sie macht das was ihr gerade passt oder was sie will auch wenn man Schmerzen hat sehr starke muss Mann lange warten und am Ende hilft das nicht mal es wird woher schlimmer nicht mal 1 Stern verdient
So eine kurze ,sinnlose und fast respektlose Behandlung hatte ich noch nie in meinem Leben. Es ging alles Rückzug ohne mir richtig zuzuhören, macht sie einfach das was sie für richtig hält. Netter Empfang, Klinik sieht sehr sauber aus aber das war's dann auch die Ärztin ist wirklich echt eine Enttäuschung. Sie geht auf die Bedürfnisse der Patienten nicht ein, nimmt auch keine Zeit für ihre Patienten. Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen.
Ich kann nur die Praxis selbst und Frau Kiewel bewerten, da ich ihre Kollegin nicht kenne. Mit der Behandlung dort bin ich immer sehr zufrieden. Mir wird auch nix angedreht oder aufgeschwatzt, was ich nicht möchte. Sie sagt, wenn sie eine Behandlung für unnötig hält. Sehr nettes Praxisteam.
Sehr engstirnige Ärztin , und unpersönlich und Ihre Entscheidung zählt und Hauptsache Zahnreinigung! Schmerzende Zähne sind Ihr egal erst wird das gemacht was Sie will.
Sehr Kompetentes Personal, dazu noch freundlich und respektvoll. Eine schöne Praxis und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Aber die Wartezeiten, bei Terminen, sind sehr extrem.
Diese Ärtztin ist spitze, klärt alles ab, behandelt souverän aber vorsichtig. Ihr Team ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebdluch eine Zahnärztin zu der ich freiwillig gehe :-)) !
Die Ärztin geht sehr schlecht mit ihre Patienten/Mitarbeiter um. Hätte ich die Möglichkeit gehabt KEIN Stern zu geben, würde ich das machen.
Beste Zahnarzt Praxis in Hamburg meines erachtens das gesamte team sowie frau doktor leisten hervorragende arbeit kompetent und sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend bei fragen stehen sie gerne jederzeit zur seite ich kann diese Arzt Praxis nur jedem weiter empfehlen
