GoogleZe laten de kinderen rustig wennen en laten precies zien wat er gaat gebeuren. En als ze het toch spannend vinden gaan ze met heel veel geduld verder om het zo positief mogelijk te houden
Mijn dochter van inmiddels 5 jaar gaat er nu ruim een jaar naartoe. In de tussentijd heeft ze het een en ander aan haar gebit gehad en ze is altijd juist geholpen. Mirthe is een hele fijne tandarts, ze is geduldig en heel leuk met m’n dochter. Ze gaat met plezier naar de tandarts en ook durft ze weer naar onze eigen ‘reguliere’ tandarts toe. De negatieve reviews hier herken ik helemaal niet. Maar wellicht afhankelijk welke tandarts je hebt. Mirthe is in elk geval een aanrader 👌🏼

Zeer teleurgesteld in de communicatie en klantenservice van deze tandartspraktijk. Mijn afspraak werd zonder duidelijke uitleg geannuleerd en de medewerkers waren onbeleefd en niet behulpzaam. Niet de manier waarop je als klant behandeld wilt worden.
Super slechte tandarts heel onvriendelijk mijn dochtertje wilde haar kies niet laten behandelen is heel erg bang 4 x opnieuw geprobeerd ze heeft er erg last van als er nog een stuk afbreekt moet hij echt getrokken maar ze heeft nu al zo’n pijn ze rade mij een psycholoog aan dat is echt niet nodig hele onvriendelijke tandarts vooral hoe het gezegd word tegen ons waarbij me dochtertje huilend naast mij staat wij gaan er niet meer heen! Hebben een andere doorverwezen gekregen die veel beter met de kinderen omgaan ‘gehoord van meerdere ouders’ mijn dochter word een drama queen genoemd elke behandeling terwijl ze gewoon echt angst heeft.
Een jaar geleden las ik tientallen negatieve opmerkingen over deze kliniek, en nu vind ik nog maar 5 opmerkingen. Heb je het spel begrepen? Denk 10 keer na voordat u met uw kind naar deze tandarts gaat. Ze zijn erg slecht. Ze behandelen het kind genadeloos en hebben een heel, heel grote mond (grofheid). Mijn zoon ging altijd naar de vorige tandarts en zat daar vrolijk in de stoel. Nu weigert mijn kind categorisch om naar de tandarts te gaan omdat hij een shock heeft. Ik ben van mening dat het ministerie van Volksgezondheid dit centrum en zijn werknemers zo snel mogelijk moet verifiëren. Ik zal hier nooit meer terugkomen.
Wat een slechte tandarts hier die mijn zoon heeft behandeld. Mijn zoon van 9 die erg getraumatiseerd is wordt hier gewoon slecht behandeld en wordt totaal geen rekening gehouden met zijn angst. Ik heb de tandarts aangesproken dat zij totaal niet in het concept van het bedrijf past. Uitspraken zoals Hou je grote mond (terwijl hij dat nog niet eens deed) EN als je je mond niet open doet dan stop ik er mee!!!! Ik bedoel we zijn 3 maanden bezig om een gaatje te vullen ,maar lukt steeds niet omdat mijn zoon angst heeft en bang is. Er wordt geen oplossing gezocht zoals een roesj of lachgas. Nee meneer wij doen dat niet bij 1 gaatje, NEE??? Maar we zijn wel 3 maanden verder en blijven maar terug komen om het gaatje te vullen met de definitieve vulling. Dus tijd voor een andere tandarts die zich wel bezig houd met getraumatiseerde kinderen.
