100 EUR für 15 Minuten Zahnreinigung und Kontrolle. Bei anderen Zahnärzten wird sich hier etwa eine Stunde Zeit genommen. War leider ziemlich enttäuschend. Sehr nettes Team, dafür die Sterne.

In meinen Augen absolut nicht zu empfehlen, da die Zahnärztin offensichtlich keinerlei Verständnis über Schmerzen des Patienten und dessen Probleme eine Proteste die an dem schmerzenden Zahn verankert ist.
Eine Rückdatierung des Beginns der Arbeitsunfähigkeit, die laut Kassenärztlicher Vereinigung, "ausnahmsweise und nach gewissenhafter Prüfung" erteilt werden kann, wurde mir hier verweigert. Begründung der 'Ärztin'':
2 Tage rückwirkend ginge nicht.
Wer sein Regelwerk nicht kennt oder aus welchen Gründen auch immer den Patienten ins Gesicht lügt ist für mich definitiv völlig unprofessionell!

Top Praxis. Der erste Zahnarzt seit Jahren, der mir die Angst genommen hat, zwecks Zahnarztbehandlung. Praxis ist sehr modern. Die Arzthelferinen sind super lieb & nett. Ich kann den Zahnarzt nur sehr empfehlen. Ich gehe seit fast nem Jahr regelmäßig zur Behandlung.

Fui hace un mes a un control, me revisaron y me dijeron que todo estaba bien y solo debia hacerme una limpieza, segui las indicaciones de la dentista y pague 100 euros por esta. Ayer consulte con otro dentista por otra razon y resulta que debian hacerme arreglos, si lo dejaba pasar esto podia empeorar. Para cobrar las limpiezas son muy rapidos pero para ofrecer un buen servicio NO. No lo recomendaria a nadie.

This is already a second time in 3 months (new patient) that i showed up but the appointment was wrong.
I showed up now, at 08:00 as they told me on the phone. Nobody opens the door, google says they are open from 10:00.
This never happened to me with other doctors. Only here.
From what i got, i believe the doctors are good, but appointment management is simply terrible and i dont have patience for this chaos.
I would suggest them to start doing digital appointment management or figure out some solution because this doesnt make any sense. Dissapointed.
