GoogleHeute am 03.06.17 war ich in der Notfallsprechstunde als Schmerzpatient und kann nur eine positive Bewertung abgegeben . Die Dame an der Anmeldung sehr freundlich und die Zahnärztin ebenfalls. Sie hat mir sehr gut geholfen und das Beste daraus gemacht, was sie in diesem Moment mit meiner Entzündung machen konnte. Medikamentös wurde ich auch gut versorgt! Super!
Ich war vor ca. 2 Jahren in der Zahnarztpraxis. Die Dame am Empfang hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag und hat mich damals nur schnell wieder loswerden wollen. auf Nachfrage bzgl. Preisen wirkte sie genervt. Zunächst hatte ich eine Zahnreinigung gebucht. Die Dame die diese durchgeführt hat war nicht sehr gesprächig und hat die Zahnreinigung auch nicht sehr gut ausgeführt. Auf Grund des zu hohen Drucks an den Zahnhälsen ist etwas von dem Zahnschmerlz abgesplittert, weswegen ich nachfolgend zu einem anderen Zahnarzt gehen musste um dies behandeln zu lassen. Die Füllung die von einem anderen Zahnarzt vorgenommen wurde, verlief mit Unterbrechungen, da ein Kollege reinkam um nach dem WLAN Passwort zu fragen oder sich nett zu unterhalten. Die Qualität der Füllung war in Ordnung, allerdings musste ich erneut zu einem Zahnarzt gehen um den Überschuss an Füllung, welche unter mein Zahnfleisch und überhalb des gesunden Zahn geraten ist, entfernen zu lassen. Wären mir diese Mängel nicht selber aufgefallen, hätte es auch zu schlimmeren Folgen kommen können. Auch wenn diese Bewertung nicht auf alle Zahnärzte in diesem Hause zutrifft, werde ich es in Zukunft meiden diese Praxis zu betreten.
Unfreundliche und lügende Personal. Schämen sich nicht, zu lügen. Ich fühlte mich heute wie bei einem "Metzger" und die neue nimmt die Patienten aus. Scheint auch nicht gute Arbeitsplatz zu sein, ständig kommen und gehen die Mitarbeiter. Am Bahnhof ist bestimmt gemütliche wie dort. Wenn du deine Zähne lieb hast, gehst zur einem richtigen Zahnarzt. Den Zahnarzt hat das ganze Vorfall garnicht interessiert, hauptsache man zahlt d. Wucherbertrag. Ob der Patient nochmal kommt oder nicht ist denen .....egal. Sie haben keine Patienten nötig. Ich wollte nur eine Zahnreinigung, am ende zahle ich Privat. 90 € für diese Behandlung. Es ging mir nicht um das Geld, aber bei den vorherigen habe ich höchstens 60 bis 70 € bezahlt. Sie war die Krönung, so was hab ich noch nie erlebt. Ich gehe seit 10 Jahren zur Zahnreinigung. Nie Nie, leider passiert solche Wesen nicht viel. Ich musste mit höllen Schmerzen nach Hause, ich wollte und konnte die Frau nicht mehr ertragen. Mein Gott, solche Lügner hab ich in meinem ganzen Leben nicht erlebt. Unterentwickelte Personen... Ich musste einen Stern geben damit ich Posten konnte.
2 mal da gewesen und umsonst. Jedesmal das Gleiche, fragen Sie beim nächsten Termin den Kieferorthopäden, obwohl ich zum Kieferorthopäden wollte, kam ein normaler Zahnarzt. Soll ich das 3. mal kommen? Und das noch, wehe ich zum Termin nicht komme soll ich 150 Euro Entschädigung zahlen.
Nach jahrelangen Angst vor dem Zahnarzt, bekam ich durch eine Freundin den Tipp: GEH MAL IN DIE MEDECO ZAHNKLINIK !! Endlich ein Zahnarzt wo sogar ich mich wohlfühlte. Supernett super kompetent und mitfühlend, da ich sehr grosse Angst hatte. Muss jetzt wieder hin, und gehe ohne Angst. Weiter so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Musste vor 2 Jahren wegen einer wurzelbehandlung zum Zahnarzt. Die erste hat das Loch nur gefüllt. Dafurch wurden die schmerzen nurnoch schlimmer und dann kam ich zu MEDECO. Der Zahnarzt hat mir alles genaustens erklärt, wie was gemacht wird. Seit dem geh ich nurnoch da hin. Meine Erfahrungen nach, kann ich diese Zahnarzt Klinik nur empfehlen. Was man nicht vergessen darf, vorher anrufen. :P
Finger weg von dieser Klinik!! Bin im Notfall dahin (ohne anzurufen) und habe der Dame am Empfang geschildert was das Problem ist. Diese war sehr unfreundlich und patze zurück dass man tagsüber hätte anrufen müssen und meinte sie hätten jetzt Aufnahmestop. Eine Notfallklinik die keine Notfälle aufnimmt! Bin stink sauer und werde diese Klinik nie wieder betreten!
Habe um 7:30 einen Termin gehabt war natürlich wie sich das gehört auch etwas früher da gewesen.Um 8 Uhr war ich immer noch am Warten darauf hin habe ich die Klinik verlassen.Wenn man schon Termine vergibt dann sollte man sich auch danach richten und den Patienten nicht sonst wie lange warten lassen.
Mein Mann war Pfingstmontag als Notfall in Praxis. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Nach der Behandlung waren die Schmerzen fast weg. Mein Mann wird sich dort weiter behandeln lassen.
Total unzufrieden! Das Personal war größtenteils unsympathisch. Noch schlimmer war die Behandlung. Ich hatte leichte Zahnschmerzen und nach der Behandlung hatte ich sehr starke Schmerzen. Es war unerträglich. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT UND SCHLECHT!
Hier wird nicht versucht einem etwas aufzuschwatzen ,hier wird versucht zu erhalten was zu erhalten ist. Ein super liebes Praxisteam und Dr.Çimendağ ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Arzt der alles in Ruhe und verständlich erklärt .Ich fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und kann die Klinik nur weiter empfehlen
Leider hat die Dame am Telefon keine Idee gehabt, wie mein Sohn als Angstpatient in ihrer Praxis behandelt werden könnte. Zitat: das weiß ich leider auch nicht. Hä, deshalb habe ich doch angerufen.
Hab dort angerufen wegen ein Notfall (höllische Zahnschmerzen) sagt sie mir am Telefon "Ich kann Sie leider nicht mehr dran nehmen" und das obwohl sie noch eine Stunde auf hatten.Als ich ihr sagte, das ich wirklich schlimme schmerzen habe, hat Sie nur gesagt "ich bin nicht verpflichtet Sie dran zunehmen"

Ich habe mir eine Brücke machen lassen, und einige Kleinigkeiten. Ich bin mit MEDECO sehr zufrieden, und man wird dort 1A beraten und behandelt. Ich habe echt viele Zahnärzte dort, aber ich werde wohl immer bei MEDECO bleiben.
