Frau Lemmens ist mit Abstand die netteste und kompetenteste Ärztin, von der ich je behandelt wurde. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Sie hat neben der richtigen Diagnose (ich war nach 2 Tagen beschwerdefrei) auch etwas anderes entdeckt. Also so soll eine Ärztin sein - und sie nimmt sich auch noch Zeit und hört zu. Heute leider eine Seltenheit.
Sehr kompetentes Arztteam. Schneller Termin, man nimmt sich Zeit .Besonders am Empfang das Personal sehr höflich, lustig,immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Tolle Mädchen!! Ist nicht selbstverständlich heutzutage. Top!
Super nettes Team am Empfang. Ein Termin war am gleichen Tag noch möglich. Die Kommunikation zwischen Arzt und Patient ist extrem löblich. Wir waren bei Dr. Piette. Er arbeitet sehr akkurat und geht auf Nummer sicher. Die schlechten Bewertungen über das gesamte Zentrum kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Darüber hinaus haben wir in unserem Gesundheitssystem ja den Zugang zu einer Notfallversorgung über die Notaufnahme im Krankenhaus, besonders dann, wenn der Verdacht auf eine lebensbedrohliche Situation besteht.
Update: ich wurde erzogen pünktlich bzw sogar früher zum Termin zu erscheinen. Wenn die Unfähigkeit der Empfangsdamen dann aber erst 10min vorher versucht jemanden zu erreichen weil die Ärztin abwesend ist, ist zumindest bei mir der Weg längst gemacht und ich bin in der regel schon da. Beim ersten Termin des Tages wäre das noch verständlich. Aber nicht um 10uhr und später!!! Die Empfangsdamen sind einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Zusätzlich erreicht man oft einfach den ganzen Tag niemanden und wird ständig aus der Leitunggeworfen. Zudem muss man allem hinterherlaufen. Seit Tagen telefonieren wir wegen einer Gesundschreibung der Ärztin hinterher. Wirklich sehr ermüdend.
Nicht mal einen Stern würdig! Mein Partner ist heute früh mit akuten Rücken- und Armschmerzen ( links) nach Merols in das MVZ. Er wurde heim geschickt, um erst 11 Uhr zur " Akutsprechstunde " wieder zu kommen. Um 11 Uhr ist er wieder dahin und wurde wieder nach Hause geschickt! Mit der Begründung : er solle zum Hausarzt gehen ( er hat leider Keinen) und die Praxis wäre überlastet! So viel zum ärztlichen Eid !!! Das ist in meinen Augen unterlassene Hilfeleistung! Wenn ihm in der nächsten Zeit etwas passiert ( hoffentlich nicht!!!!).... werde ich das gesamte MVZ verklagen und Sie können dieses Haus schließen. Danke für nix.
Immer schnelle, kompetente und freundliche Hilfe. Wenn die Hausärztin kurzfristig keinen Termin frei hat, dann findet man immer etwas bei einem Kollegen/in. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend und der Wartebereich ist gut aufgeteilt. Ich bin von Anfang an sehr zufrieden!
In dieser Corona Zeit ist kaum einer vom Personal mit Mundschutz versehen. Es werden 24H Corona Tests zu 53€ ohne Schutzvorkehrung gemacht, Kollegin vor mir rein, (später stellt sich fest: negativ, dann 5 Std später doch positiv) ich wurde direkt nach Ihr getestet obwohl nichts desinfiziert wurde. Es läufen Ärzte ohne Mundschutz umher. Katastrophe
Ich bin seit mittlerweile 14 Jahren Patient bei diversen Ärzten, die inzw. alle im MZ Merols angesiedelt sind - ebenso wie meine Kinder seit 9 Jahren. Kompetenter, einfühlsamer und zuverlässiger wurde ich noch nirgends empfangen und behandelt. Danke dafür!

Ärzte sind Tip Top! Kunden müssen während Corona überall ne Maske tragen , aber das Personal vorne am Empfang wird das davon Freigestellt oder was?! Wenn schon, dann alle!🤬

Ich war dort aus Zeitgründen bei schon bei einigen Ärzten und alle nehmen sich Zeit sind kompetent und emphatisch. Auch das Sekretariat ist immer bemüht einen Termin zu finden und ist sehr freundlich.
