GoogleIch bin extrem verärgert über die Art und Weise, wie diese Angelegenheit bearbeitet wird. Ich habe bezahlt, erhielt aber aufgrund eines Fehlers ein Schreiben mit der Aufforderung zur Nachzahlung. Ich rief dort an, aber es interessierte niemanden. Man bestand darauf, dass ich die Quittung persönlich vorlege, obwohl der Fehler bei ihnen lag. Da ich keine Zeit hatte, schickten sie mir stattdessen ein Schreiben. Das ist doch absurd!
Ich kann nur Lob aussprechen. Der Kieferchirurg Dr. Kemper weiß was er tut. Ich hatte so eine Angst vorm ziehen der 2 Zähne und er hat es mit absoluter Ruhe, Professionalität geschafft sie mir zu nehmen. Auch die Helferin sowas von lieb und einfühlsam. Also Daumen hoch für diese Praxis DANKE.
Schade, dass man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann, diese Praxis hat weitaus mehr verdient. Ich bin mit Überweisung meiner Zahnärztin auf diese Praxis aufmerksam geworden und hatte dank Doctolib gleich am nächsten Tag einen Termin. Der Chirurg war sehr freundlich und hat mir die Angst vorm Zahnziehen genommen. Es hab gleich für nächste Woche einen Termin, der Weisheitszahn musste gezogen werden. Da ich was das angeht, ein extremer Angstpatient bin, hat der Chirurg mir alles genauestens ohne kompliziertes Fachchinesisch erklärt. Besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Dr. Kemper, dass er mich von meinen quälenden Schmerzen erlöst hat. Also ich kann die Praxis guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, egal ob man einen 'normalen' Zahnarzt sucht, oder sich den Weisheitszahn entfernen lassen muss, die Praxis ist dafür super geeignet. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt, ist die gute Nahverkehrsanbindung, du kommst sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut ran. Daumen hoch 👍🏼
Ganz ganz toller Zahnarzt! Und Vorallem was ich selten erlebe, super liebe ZFA‘s. Hatte meine Weiheitszahnop dort und wurde dort gut und mit Vorsicht behandelt. Auch sehr verständnisvoll.
Ich fühle mich in der Praxis sehr gut aufgehoben. Dass gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Dr. Külken ist ein freundlicher kompetenter Arzt, der sich Zeit nimmt und einem ausführlich erklärt was gemacht wird. Ich bin ein Angst Patient, aber Dr. Külken und sein Team haben mir die Angst jedes Mal erfolgreich genommen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Praxis ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
Unheimlich liebes Frontdesk, gemütlicher Warteraum, sehr nette MFA und Dr. Külken hat sich Zeit genommen und bei Fragen alles in Ruhe erklärt- wir sind begeistert. Ganz lieben Dank.
