GoogleEin sehr netter Kieferorthopäde. Ich bin hier seit Jahren. Herr Doktor Müller ist ein sehr netter, kompetenter und ein sehr sympathischer und zuverlässiger Arzt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Die Praxis ist sehr sauber. Kann die Praxis jeden weiter empfehlen!
Ich bin schon mit meinen Kindern mehrere Jahre dort in Behandlung und diese wurden bis jetzt immer gut und fürsorglich betreut. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und macht alles möglich. Schnelle Termine gibt es nie beim Kieferorthopäden, das muss man einfach mal hinnehmen und ist nicht weiter wild.
Die Beratung war klasse und ich hab mich in der Praxis immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Hatte Zahnschienen und das Ergebnis ist echt top! Große Empfehlung!
Ich war mit meiner Behandlung bei Herrn Doktor Müller immer sehr zufrieden. Er und seine Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich. Ich musste nie lange warten. Insbesondere ist Herr Doktor Müller immer sehr humorvoll gewesen und hat es geschafft, eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre während der gesamten Behandlung herzustellen.
Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Meine Erwartungen hinsichtlich des Ergebnisses der Zahnspangen-Behandlung wurden sogar bei Weitem übertroffen. Am liebsten würde ich ein Bild von meinen Zähnen hier reinstellen. Der Vorher/Nachher-Effekt ist wirklich frappierend. Aber nicht nur meine Zähne wurden super behandelt, sondern auch ich als Person. Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt in der Praxis. Alle Leute, die dort arbeiten sind super freundlich, verständnisvoll und zuvorkommend. Ich hoffe das viele Menschen mit schiefen Zähnen ihren Weg hierher finden und am Ende so glücklich wieder heraus kommen wie ich!
Zuerst war meine Tochter bei Herrn Müller. Da hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Doch bei der Behandlung meines Sohnes war dieser bei einem Termin verhindert. Frau Zain hat daraufhin die Untersuchung gemacht und war - wie mir schien - gelinde gesagt irritiert über die Behandlung. Zwar hat sie dies nicht direkt gesagt, und auf meine Nachfrage abgewiegelt, aber ich meine in den Zwischentönen gehört zu haben, dass die Behandlung nicht in der gebotenen Weise und mit der erforderlichen Dringlichkeit stattfand. Mir kam unvermittelt das Gleichnis mit den Krähen in den Sinn. Von unserem Haus-Zahnarzt ist mein Verdacht bestätigt worden. Wir haben die Behandlung daher beendet und sind zu einer anderen Praxis gewechselt.
Ich kann diese Praxis nur auf ganzer Linie wärmstens empfehlen. Meine Tochter war sehr verzweifelt und ist mit dem Ergebnis ihrer Behandlung zu recht überglücklich und ich selbst bin höchst beeindruckt, was kieferorthopädische Arbeit möglich macht. Alle Behandlungsschritte wurden uns auch stets sehr ausführlich erklärt, Alternativen aufgezeigt, Schwierigkeiten ausgezeichnet aufgefangen. Zudem ist das ganze Praxispersonal wirklich superfreundlich und zuvorkommend, wirklich eine Top-Adresse.
Ich habe telefonisch gefragt, ob man mir meinen Retainer wieder festkleben kann, weil er abgegangen ist. Daraufhin wurde ich gefragt, ob sie den Retainer angefertigt haben. Als ich nein geantwortet habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie so etwas nicht machen und, dass das mein Problem wäre. Wirklich eine Frechheit der letzte Satz.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen mit der Behandlung unserer Tochter. Sehr professionell, einfühlsam und natürlich mit super Ergebnis. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Schade eigentlich... Ich wollte mir heute für meinen Sohn einen Termin holen, mit Überweisung vom Grabatyplatz. Leider wurde ich etwas unterkühlt gefragt.... Und mir wurde gesagt, also frühestens in den Sommerferien... Laut der Überweisung hatten wir aber nur wenig Zeit. Dann einen Termin in den Osterferien... Ich lehnte dankend ab...
Sehr gute Behandlung, meine Zähne sind jetzt perfekt angeordnet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Wartezeiten waren minimal. Müller & Zain kann ich nur weiterempfehlen im Bereich der Kieferorthopädie!

Anstatt eine realistische Perspektive zu verfolgen wird hier versucht alles was nur geht am Patienten auszuprobieren und jeden kleinen Makel auszugleichen, ungeachtet was das für Folgen für den Patienten hat. Kann ich nicht empfehlen!
