Das zahnmedizinische Problem konnte dadurch umgehend gelöst werden, ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben und empfehle das Verhalten von Zanharzt Sebastian Scheer als vorbildhaft, auch gerade für die älteren Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
Bin erst seit kurzem als Akutpatient mit starken Schmerzen dorthin. Es gab nahezu keine Wartezeit, auch ohne Termin, und ich bin mit meiner Zahnärztin sehr zufrieden. Sie ist sehr bemüht, alles so zu gestalten, dass es möglichst ohne Schmerzen funktioniert.
Ich fühle mich hier seit nunmehr 30 Jahren bei Dr. Frenzel sehr gut aufgehoben. Hier arbeiten alle zusammen im Team. Meine frühere Angst vorm Zahnarzt konnte ich hier komplett ablegen. Hier geht es wirklich noch um Zahnerhalt und es werden keine unnötigen Behandlungen angeboten bzw. vorgenommen. Termine kann man im Notfall auch ganz kurzfristig bekommen. 👍👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌈🍀
Ich bin hier schon länger Patientin, über 2 Jahre und habe mich immer sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Herr Stricker nimmt sich jedes Mal genug Zeit zum beraten und behandeln, so wie man es sich vorstellt, mit Ruhe, gutem Humor und Expertise. Auch das restliche Team ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Einfach toll! Immer wieder :)
Es ist die beste Zahnklinik in Berlin. Alle Standorte mögen gut sein, aber dieser ist zweifellos der Beste. Dr. Frenzel und seine Assistentin sowie auch Charly, tolle Menschen, haben mir bei meinem Implantatproblem geholfen, alle Möglichkeiten abgewägt und auch bedacht, dass auf keinen Fall zusätzliche Kosten entstehen. Sie werden für meine Zeit hier in Berlin auf jeden Fall mein Zahnarzt sein. Und wenn Sie dachten, die Sprache sei ein Problem, wird hier alles getan, um Ihnen zu helfen. Charly spricht auch Spanisch. Wenn ein Hispanoamerikaner wirklich den besten Service möchte, fragen Sie auch nach ihr. Egal woher Sie kommen, der Service ist sehr gut. 5 Sterne sind nicht genug, sie verdienen viel mehr.
Top Zahnarzt. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben und behandelt gefühlt. Herr Stricker hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um sich ein ganzheitliches Bild hinsichtlich meiner Beschwerden zu machen und mich sehr gut beraten. Jederzeit wieder :)
Ich bin aktuell bei Herrn Dr. Potthoff in Behandlung und ich bin absolut zufrieden. Er ist der erste Zahnarzt, dem ich vollständig vertraue, das Richtige zu tun. Er macht nicht das, was am meisten Geld einbringt, nicht das, was am einfachsten für ihn ist, sondern zeigt alle Möglichkeiten auf und berät zur richtigen Entscheidung. Sowas ist leider mittlerweile viel zu selten geworden. Das Team drumherum ist ebenfalls großartig! Diese Praxis ist nur zu empfehlen :)

Ich bedanke mich für die Hilfe, die ich hier bekommen habe, bei Menschen, die am Wochenende Dienst tun, um für ihre Mitmenschen da zu sein. Ich war am Donnerstag noch bei meinem Zahnarzt, der eine Entzündung im Zahnfleisch nach einer Behandlung nicht erkannt hat. Bis Sonntag habe ich mich, in der Hoffnung, es müsste von alleine besser werden, mit fiesen Schmerzen geplagt und es dann nicht mehr ausgehalten, rief auf eine Empfehlung im MVZ an und ich durfte mich auf den Weg machen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, ich kam nach sensationell kurzer Wartezeit dran und der nette Zahnarzt Herr Scheer hat sich viel Mühe gemacht, genau hingeschaut, das Problem erkannt und behoben. Einmal war ich am darauf folgenden Mittwoch noch zu einer Nachbehandlung, weil die Entzündung wieder aufflammte - seitdem habe ich aber Ruhe. Ich würde gerne regelmäßig auch zur Zahnkontrolle hier her kommen, diese Klinik ist sehr vertrauenswürdig.
