Ich bin mit dem Service des Bauordnungsamts Geilenkirchen sehr zufrieden. Besonders Frau Laufens ist äußerst kompetent, zuverlässig und freundlich. Bei Akteneinsichten erhält man die gewünschten Unterlagen und Scans schnell und unkompliziert, was die Zusammenarbeit sehr angenehm macht.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich außerdem, dass in Geilenkirchen bereits viele Bauakten digital vorliegen. Im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Gemeinden ist das wirklich ein großes Plus und ein echtes Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Die digitale Organisation erleichtert die Arbeit enorm und spart viel Zeit.

Nur sehr selten längere Wartezeit. Kompetente und schnelle Mitarbeiter. Einzig störende ist das komplett offene Büro im Eingangsbereich. Sowohl andere Kunden bzw Wartende können gesamtes Gespräch/Anliegen mithöhren. Meiner Meinung nach ist das aus Datenschutzgründen bedenklich, glücklicherweise war bei meinen Besuchen in der Regel nur wenig dirt los. Trotz dieses Makels in Sachen Datenschutz vergebe ich 5 Sterne, da die Mitarbeiter mit persönlichen Daten sehr sensibel umgehen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit diesen Makel durch Diskretion kompensieren.
